25 grams of avocado
Tomato bowl with lettuce and onion
1/2 Cucumber with soy sauce
Package of wholemeal cookies
DINNER
Chicken soup with noodles and steamed vegetables
Total Calories.
(Plus 14 hours of fast and 3L of water)
