we have a ton of beautiful fanfiction in this fandom but I have never found one that enabled me to form a visceral connection with marlene or dorcas hence dorlene. I don’t have this issue with other sapphic ships, just marlene and dorcas have always felt like side characters but I WANT TO BE A DORLENE GIRLIE.
