Saw @aspidateasteism‘s post about university-time Victor carrying around an orange as a snack and my brain immediately jumped to the lemon bit from MBMBaM.
Happy birthday to all the McElroy brothers except griffin
The original joke was pointing out that Victor Frankenstein dies at the end so maybe jot that down and don’t talk about wanting to be like him when you have two people actively plotting your murder but I think there are maybe more reasons why Frankenstein isn’t a good role model
Anyways yeah I was just thinking about Wheatley’s ranting about literature and then this happened
Aperture is a place of science
The little pseudodragon in the top left was drawn by me! We were all drawing during session.
For anyone who’s curious, the website is https://aggie.io/!
Art from the most recent dnd session. Honestly, this sums up my players pretty well.
Might post some of my own art sometime soon if anyone is interested in this chaotic party in the world I made! :)
me, shoving 15 shitty antlers, a handful of isopods, a bunch of feathers and one really pissed off sparrow at god: hey can i have more room please
the tidelord, who abandoned our plane of existence specifically to evade all of his weird-ass children: how the fuck do you people keep finding me
Short comic from my AU! I will drop a few notes into the read more about the scene, plus my typical nonsense in the tags.
The character shown in panel 5 is intended to be this AU’s hero character, Chris, wearing an amethyst robe (as he’s a budding mage). I will also mention that in this AU, Terraria can bring back to life (when not weakened -- hence why she couldn’t restore the Dryad race) those who have provided great service and died an unnatural death, though it’s not a very pleasant experience. Andrew (Guide) has been brought back many, many times at this point, though he does still harbor some worries that if the WoF is defeated, he’ll have served his purpose and will remain dead. He is making logical sense with pointing out that merely killing the WoF may not free him from his curse, though -- the old man has essentially been traditionally cursed/bound to Skeletron against his will, so destroying Skeletron will free him, but Andrew has always been the WoF; there’s nothing to be separated there when it’s one soul. That doesn’t mean he’s happy about it, but he’s had plenty of time to accept it.
Despite how they talk to each other, Andrew and the old man are friends in this AU. Andrew’s actually the elder of the two, funnily enough, even if he physically appears to be fairly young. Even before the old man is freed of his curse, Andrew will visit him by the dungeon, though he doesn’t stay for long. I originally planned this scene to have them having a picnic together, then realized I didn’t want to draw food, so Andrew is instead dropping off some supplies and is given a book stolen from the dungeon in return.
I have a lot more to say about this AU, but I don’t want to stick a mile long text blog into this post, so I’m going to cut it off here. Thanks for reading!
Chapter 2 of Code Refactored is finally posted! Chell receives medical attention while Virgil both over- and under-analyzes the situation at hand.
[ID: Two nearly identical drawings of a person (Argie) staring directly at the viewer, only one eye visible through round glasses. They have black hair with white streaks, and a sweater vest with a collared shirt and tie. they have an eye collar pin with a small chain connecting them. The first image has them colored in, a blue circle haloing their head and the sweater vest is yellow. The second image is nearly completely black and white, except for the yellow circle./End ID]
