Rewatched that episode earlier, and the signs were so obvious. When the eye thing first came out, it hit KAI first. Of course, when being thrown into somewhere unfamiliar, you go for the first familiar thing you see.

And Kais face after?? After Lloyd runs past him his expression just changes from annoyed to 'God not this guy again' then to 'Ok how can I survive this.'

Then, when him and Nya land the final strike, he says: 'Let's send this monster back to where it came from!' ...I'm sure you know where that is buddy.

Do we think the giant purple one eyed creatures coming through the rift at the cloud kingdom in season 1 was from the realm that Kai’s gonna be stuck in.

I have officially started Homebound: Anything to See You Again.

I'm really excited, I'm already really enjoying writing it! Not sure how many chapters it'll be yet, but I'm hoping it won't be terribly long. The timeline is I think mostly pre trailer? but it's difficult to say with such little information given.

All you really need to know is that Kai already has met Rusty and Daidan at the start of the fic, and also I'm about to put Kai through hell.
