meet Phanes, the Bishop of Life, the Goat's world counterpart to Narinder! my friend @yourmajesty002 helped me name him and he is apart of me and @binxxu's lore for COTL :3 we are also planning on calling this "The Cursed Idol AU" because there is triple meanings behind the name that i will explain on a later past :D
lore WIP -> Phanes wanted to find a way to reverse death for his followers since he is called "He of Vitality", but the method he came up with, using his own ichor, corrupted them and gave them the "cursed" trait. The other bishops found out about this, sealed him away in the afterlife, and unlike Narinder, didn't get anyone as "gifts" for company, so he slowly went mad with the idea of making everyone immortal. A millennia later, there was a prophecy where a goat will become the downfall of the world, and so they had all goats executed, which leads the the Goat meeting Phanes and becoming his final vessel.

aa its been ahwile, so here are some doodles of concepts i made for the lamb :3c
ok so for the most part the "original" fleece i've been drawing will still be canon in lore and was a gift from Narinder to the lamb after making them his vessel. After the lamb became an "infant god" they decided to make a new fleece that suited them better and also as a way to show narinder they dont need him anymore, even tho they clearly still want him but they wont admit that x3c

Updated ref of my Nari design for my Crown Collision au! plus a lil rough sketch of Nari receiving his new clothes :D
Nari wasn't thrilled with the rags he was given but would rather bite his tongue than bother the lamb with trivial matters. Worried that if he complained, the lamb would give him something worse to wear...
After the day's end, Narinder returned to his shelter, noticing that on his bed there was something new. He went over to inspect it, surprised to see such luxurious new robes to wear. The hooded robe with the veil reminded him of his old clothes that he dearly missed...but from who and how did the clothes come? Surely it couldn't be from the lamb as they have been avoiding/ignoring his presence in the cult. Puzzled but pleased, he put on his new robes, grateful to have new clothes to wear.
