I Love Xingqiu, I Love Her.

I’ve experienced this case like 4 times and did not realise that, oh that’s actually fucking insane????? WTF????

turnabout sisters is so insane in hindsight. you are miles edgeworth. mia fey, the first defense attorney you ever went against, has been murdered and you are prosecuting her little sister for the crime. not only are you intrinsically tied to her because of the circumstances surrounding your father’s death but you both watched a man kill himself your first time in court. you think this case could not be more emotionally charged. then you walk into court the day of the trial and who do you see on the defense? your fucking childhood best friend who you haven’t seen in 15 years.

Xingqiu definitely rapidly taps her foot when she’s angry/annoyed.

Looking at old art I did of the Feiyuns is so crazy, like I know I was still actively building and developing their characters - but when I look at old art of Valerie, all I can think to myself is like: she would NOT fucking do/say that!!! 😭😭😭

God Chongyun I wish you had a surname (like Xingqiu with ‘Feiyun’)… you make my life SO fucking difficult.

I love how Xingqiu takes the first initiative when being super affectionate, and is “confident” when she does it, and how she will tell Chongyun to do the same, because he’s very shy and she says it can help with that.

But whenever he does (e.g. a forward kiss), Xingqiu’s high-class confident facade fades away in an instant, and she just looks at him wide-eyed and has the most red face imaginable - she speechless, she is now a massive mess and her face is nothing but warm and red (acting like she doesn’t do this on the regular-)

What most will see as an artist mistake, I see as an extension to their wardrobe.

Notes:

I have no interest in Genshin anymore, and only care about Chongyun & Xingqiu - I stole them from Hoyoverse and made them my ocs.

Her father is chinese (asian) & her mother is a black french woman (her mother was born and raised in Fontaine (France) and that’s where all of her mothers side of the family comes from) - but in short; Xingqiu is Blasian!

Okay so; I hc Xingqiu as NB-Transfem (non-binary + transfem) who uses she/they (but predominantly she/her) — but also, I refer to Xingqiu with terms and titles like; ‘(enby) girl’, ‘girlfriend’, ‘daughter’, ‘sister’, ‘miss’, etc. because I used those in a gender-neutral but feminine kind of way! - I’m sorry if that sounds confusing, it probably only really make sense to me (because that’s how I also use those words irl for stuff) so I understand if so, but just understand she ISN’T a binary-girl, she’s a fem nblm enby^^
