Wash your face or your hair or take a shower
Go outside for like five minutes just to feel the wind or sun
Tell yourself "I love myself" even if you don't believe it yet
Have you done something that made you truly happy lately?
Always check in with yourself and ask "Is this the truth or am I thinking the worst again"
Clean up a little bit, set a timer for 5/10/or 20 minutes and see how much you've accomplished in that short time
Did you listen to your favorite song today?
Love yourself, honor yourself, pamper yourself, be kind to yourself
When's the last time you forgave yourself?
Give your inner child the hug that you wished you'd gotten when you were younger
Write down all your worries for the day and then check back in when the day's over, look at what was expectation and what turned out to be actual reality. You'll see that your predictions for the worst didn't come true like you thought it would.
Be grateful because you'll never know how your existence in this world brought someone you know or a stranger temporary peace in their hectic life. You don't know that you are someone's blessing and all you did was be enough.
You're not less, you're not more, you're enough and that's all you need to be
