11 Ideas to celebrate samhain.

1)      Decorate your home/altar with (real or plastic.pot) bones, skulls, skeletons, grave rubbings, root vegies, pumpkins, apples, acorns, animals, leaves/dried leaves, nuts, pinecones.

2)      Mulled wine- you could even make it yourself.

3)      Bake bread.

4)      Honour the ancestors on your altar, with photos of family members that have passed.

5)      Have an offerings table to ancestors, spirits, gods and goddesses.

6)      Have an ancestor’s meal: Make a deceased family members favourite meal and set an extra place at the table for them.

7)      Make straw or corn dollies.

8)      Decorate with ears of corn.

9)      Make soul cakes.

10)   Contact passed over family members.

11)   Decorate your altar with tools of divination: Pendulums, Ouija boards, Tarot cards, Etc.
