Whilst I love the commentary I need to add that Loki wasn't brought back because he was killed directly by Thanos and not dusted by the infinity gauntlet. Therefore he wasn't brought back when the snap was undone. Also because it was Banner that undid the snap and I don't feel like he would particularly want Loki back. Similarly Heimdal and the rest of the people aboard the ship also weren't brought back. RIP Heimdal the real hero.
