it actually took me a considerable amount of time to answer this because my first answer was insanely long because books are literally my favorite topic in the entire world and i could spend hours talking about it but i figured it's better for me to answer in a shorter and more direct way so here goes some of my favorite books in life that if i could i would recommend to every living being <3
a little life by hanya yanagihara, heartless by marissa meyer, animal by lisa taddeo, ace of spades by faridah àbíké-íyímídé & villain by ve schwab
oh and please check the content of these books if you consider reading them as some of them may address some triggering topics!!
and i also recommend any publication by clarice lispector since she is my favorite author of all time!! she’s brilliant and if you are a virginia woolf or sylvia plath girlie you’ll definitely like her books, i just don’t know their names in english because i read them in portuguese but i know for a fact that they were translated!!
