i noticed something a while back about synths that ive been too lazy to make a post on but here it is
so, gen 3 synths are practically just humans with brain implants… but just a paragrpah down (still in the section about gen 3 synths) the wiki says this:
i dont see how this could be scientifically possible, but regardless… the reason im making this post is because if this is true how would danse not know hes a synth? like, dude just went the whole time not getting hungry or tired and just didnt think anything of it?

Alright, so last month I won a little giveaway being held by @phiners. I could have any character I wanted made into a cute amigurumi. Immediately one specific character came to mind being the fallout nerd that I am.
I discussed with her if she was okay with the character choice and she was! After a few more steps Nick is worked on, completed, and then shipped off and arrived yesterday. So I wanted to share her beautifully detailed work with everyone! If you think this looks amazing reblog this and give her a follow, she's really nice too!

(I also want to thank Mac for helping me with this! I keep seeing posts about how sad it’ll be when the Sole Survivor dies because then Shaun/Curie/Danse will be alone for the rest of eternity and I keep trying to remember if it’s even canon that gen 3 synths don’t age? It’s actually make more sense if they did because they’re almost entirely made of organic material, y'know the same stuff humans are made out of, and as we are all well aware humans age. And the Institute obviously hasn’t found a way to halt aging (Kellogg’s cyborgness notwithstanding). Having them not age would also make the Institute’s mad science scheme of killing people and replacing them with synths kinda pointless because it’d never be feasible for long. Especially in Danse’s case, he’s been with th BoS for a while and they’d probably notice his eternal youth. Point is, I’m pretty sure gen 3s age. So can we please start making some happy headcanons instead of this eternal sadness?
