well, i can`t draw but i can share this jackie`s theory .i don`t` know may be sameone told it already but i didn`t see that so…

the thing is,we all know that this blue streak is natural but wasn`t always there as we saw in the show.So i have an idea that she past through mewberty but for mermaids (because she is a mermaid and even canon can`t tell me otherwise)

what i wanted to say  is that i believe that in her full mermaid form she has this shade blue hair

that`s all

im not even sorry for wasting your time on that cause its about jackie and everything about her is important

sometimes i feel like having a bare minimum knowledge of how structures of power rule this world through capitalism is a curse that keeps you from ever being truly happy and capable of just. enjoy things again. like the good old days. when you used to play the sims and not think about how a life simulation game this big won't ever be able to simulate your life and culture because a) you are not american. b) the game is made by a multibilion american company for americans and you just started playing it in the first place bc of piracy and cultural imperialism. your parents made you learn english when you were younger so you could maybe leave the country and live a better life than the one they had but the internet happened while you were growing up and every single piece of information you wanted was accesible only in english so you start thinking. ok why everything is so centered around the usa. why is their culture depicted through their media as the default culture. why am i only able to see myself and my culture through their distorted lenses. LIKE OK BRAIN GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK PLEASE MY SIMS JUST HAD THEIR FIRST CHILD IM BEGGING YOU PLEASE STOP I JUST WANT TO VIBE TO THIS MOMENT S HUT UP

Another black life was taken today in my country, Brazil.

This time, not by the white supremacist police force, but still because of racism.

Miguel was a 5 years old little boy from Recife, son of a domestic worker, who went to work with his mother.

Yes, his mother was still working as a domestic worker during a worldwide pandemic, just as MANY other women and black folks who have not been liberated of their non essential jobs in white and rich people’s homes.

Miguel’s mother left the apartment to walk her employer’s dogs, leaving her son behind with the apartment owners. The young child was scared and started crying for his mother. Somehow, he was so terrified he went after his mother, made his way to the elevator and ended up on the 9th floor where he fell from the great height. According to the investigators of the case, the apartment owner is responsible for allowing Miguel in the elevator as she is seen doing so in surveillance cameras.

His mother’s employer didn’t talk to the child. She didn’t comfort him. She didn’t keep an eye on him and protected him from going into an elevator by himself. He was neglected because she didn’t see him as a child. But how could she, if she didn’t even see his mother as human enough?

The media is hiding the apartment owners names. They are white, rich and, apparently, involved in politics in Recife. The woman who employed Miguel’s mother was taken by the police but has paid a 20k Reais (brazilian currency) bail out. Twenty thousand Reais. And they couldn’t pay Miguel’s mother her salary to allow her to stay home during COVID-19 pandemic?

This is what structural racism does. Slavery has never ended in the Americas, it just evolved into something that is “maskable”, “acceptable” and normalized.

Please sign this petition and share if you can to help bring Miguel’s life to justice.

We need visibility. We are done seeing black folks becoming statistic numbers. It is horrifying that we had to wait for USA to revolt against racism for white rich Brazilian folks to “decide they were anti racist too” and start talking about it more on social media.

If you are Brazilian or would like to help Brazilian BLM movement, please access this website.

You can also go here for some worldwide BLM resources.

His name was Miguel, he was 5 years old. Say his name.

Justice for Miguel. Justice for João Pedro. Justice for Marielle Franco. No justice, no peace.

Okay so I don’t have enough brain cells or expertise to fully get into this, but like…. the spop commentary on indigenous people VS colonizers + commentary on environmental protection was really cool

There was SO much Christian missionary rhetoric from Horde Prime and his super violent, mindlessly devoted, all male disciples– using phrases like “eternal light,” “made in his image,” “I know all….. I see all…..” etc.  The brothers never questioned HP (except for Wrong Hordak ofc) and allowed him to use their bodies for surveillance purposes. The worlds HP destroyed were “primitive” in his eyes and he stole their treasures so that he could put them on display as trophies. His goal was to expand his empire and conquer as many cultures as he could by using brainwashing techniques, infecting their ecosystems, and snuffing out any sort of rebellion/heresy

The native people of Etheria had magic/witchcraft and showed a great appreciation for all living creatures. There was a loving relationship between the people and their environment, which literally kept them safe and strong. And the whole time, the Etherians were shown to be the heroes who were doing the right thing!!! HP was never “ambiguously” evil or given any sort of backstory to make the audience feel empathy for him. Nothing was morally grey about HP or his disgusting imperialism and environmental poisoning
