One Of The Biggest Shifting Tips I Have For Shifters Is To STOP PUTTING YOUR DR ON A PEDESTAL!! It’s

One of the biggest shifting tips I have for shifters is to STOP PUTTING YOUR DR ON A PEDESTAL!! It’s hard, I know. Treating your DR as this fantasy escape is a product of your brain elevating the value of your DR. As much as you act like it’s this perfect, better place, it’s really just another reality in the multiverse. Just like the one you are in now. The only difference is how you perceive it.

There will be days you feel slumped in your DR. Days you want to just give up and fall onto your couch, eating a tub of ice cream while watching your favorite show or movie. There might be sadness. Anger. Hurt. Because that’s life. Life is messy and complicated. It won’t always be “perfect” to you. It’s real. So is your DR. It’s not some made-up fake place or a fan fiction that is tailored to you 24/7. It IS real. In my experience, the sooner I realized that, the easier shifting got.

When you stop idolizing your DR and instead see it for what it honestly is (a place where you learn, grow, and live through the good, the bad, and the ugly), I feel like shifting becomes much more obtainable and not as scary. It’s about taking your power back no matter what reality you’re in and recognizing that you have the keys to go, to thrive wherever you want to go. Every place, every situation, every experience comes with layers (some easier, some harder). I feel like that’s one of the things that makes a place meaningful.

(side note: thank you everyone for 550 followers!! I love you so much, thank you for all your kind words and support 🫶)

sometimes i remember that if i'd given up on shifting, i'd never know how they warm they are when they hold me. never know what it feels like to be the wish granted. to be wanted in a room like light. to be seen, beautiful, not just forgiven. to have laughter that isn’t borrowed. to have friends, not people, friends

Close your eyes and imagine a lemon 🍋

Now, imagine yourself cutting a lemon. Bring it close and take a bite. What do you feel? Is it sour? Did your face instinctively contort? Does it seem real?

This proves that you don’t need to believe something for your mind and body to experience it.

Now, do the same with your desire. Close your eyes and create a scene where your manifestation is already yours. How does it feel? What thoughts run through your mind? How do you act now that it’s real?

It’s done. It’s yours. Treat it like a memory. Return to this feeling whenever doubts arise.

If you can imagine it, you can have it.

and then i shift, dafuq

shifting for love is not something to be embarrassed of - it is valid. when you finally find the person, everything else doesn’t matter anymore…

My routine as someone who shifts almost every week.

My Routine As Someone Who Shifts Almost Every Week.
My Routine As Someone Who Shifts Almost Every Week.

There doesn't have to be any pressure on shifting, you don’t have to do it at a specific moment. My routine takes either a moment, a day, or a week. I do specific things in preparation to shift, it isn’t a method, more so a ritual, something to help me align myself with where I want to be.

I. Bask in who you want to be, spend mornings doing this practice, do it before a nap, before you go to bed, while you eat, etc. Settle in your mind, take this time to be in your desired selfs mind. Think about slow moments, your morning routine, the view outside your window, basking in the sun, anything of the sort; let yourself live in moments from your dr. I've noticed I shift more when I have practiced this throughout the day.

II. Tell yourself that you are there, that you are indeed experiencing these things. Affirm how many times you feel, you are where you are. Don’t put any pressure on yourself to believe anything, just affirm. Sweep away intrusive thoughts, let them pass and focus on who and where you are.

III. Each reality has its own soul, familiarize yourself with how your chosen reality feels. Whenever you want to go there invoke this feeling, remember the slow moments, relax and live in your dr.

IV. I lie in bed and when I'm getting sleepy I visualize myself where I want to be and I’m there, I focus on what I am doing at that moment in that reality.

V. After I come back I take a couple days to step away from shifting, I don’t think about going anywhere else. I try to live in this reality and when I feel I want to leave again, I begin at step one.

"Oh no but it takes 21 days to break a habit, it'll take forever to get out of a bad habit it's gonna take me forever to stop wavering!" then just assume it doesn't take 21 days, it is that easy promise

Is shiftblr a safe space to admit that shifting made me stop identifying with gender, but in the realities that I’ve shifted or will shift to, I am male, and I consider myself transgender cuz I’m female here and spent my life here wishing I could transition, but ever since shifting I’ve accepted I’m everything and I don’t need to because this is one of many realities where I get to experience the life of a female which opens my subconscious to valuable experiences, and so I don’t make any effort to transition cuz I’m not stressed about it at all anymore and I found happiness in my body, so I am basically cisgender. But what is a woman or a man when everyone is just genderless soul and bodies? And so at some point I stopped preferring one or the other cuz we are all genderless multiversal beings, but I still prefer the male experience when I shift because I do feel most comfortable with masculinity and I still get dysphoria here, but I also don’t cuz I know that gender is purely a construct that our subconscious enforces on us and it is literally meaningless, or is this niche weirdo shit?
