This gave me an idea... one could, (*hypothetically of course*) paint bottle caps with messages for Gaza and, oh idk, super glue them to lamp posts, railings, other public spaces. But gosh, it sure would be a pain for someone to have to remove metal superglued to metal!
I've shared Nisreen Shehada's Instagram before but I wanted to share some more! Hello, It's Momen Al Madhoun, writing from the most miserable area in the whole world, I am deeply thankful to all of you. Your support means the world to my family
🍉🍉🍉 I urgently plead you to keep sharing our campaign with your friends, family, and acquaintances
15 months have passed as if it were 15 years, and suffering increasing day after day 😔 Our health is decaying, we have NO IMMUNITY to fight diseases. No healthy food to feed our worn cells. Finding a quiet, clean place for us to get some rest is IMPOSSIBLE! I'm in urgent need of serious financial support so that I can take action and save my family! Our faces speak the misery we're going through! my children can't bear the ruthlessness of war life… pain and cold does not allow either of them to sleep 💔
I found in drawing a way to relieve stress and describe what we are experiencing, but even this i was deprived of, due to the difficulty of obtaining good internet and electricity for a sufficient time If you are interested in art, you can check I my blog I and find my artworks, i hope you will share them and support me to continue fighting and trying Every share and donation brings us one step closer to saving my family's lives. Your support, no matter how small, holds the power to rescue my loved ones from grave danger There are no words can describe how many times we have been displaced The situation we're living now is really hard to imagine Where do we Go?
Imagine the vastness of this universe, we cannot escape to a safe place far from the war

My sister Mai, 35, visually impaired.
Myself, Mahasen, 31.

Normalize subs taking longer to cum. Not everyone is super sensitive and untouched. Some subs are on medication, are stressed, masterbait frequently, or just naturally have a higher stamina. Not every sub you meet is gonna cum within the first 10 minutes and there’s no reason to assume they will. It doesn’t reflect on the sub as a person or on your skills as a dom/top. That’s just how the body works sometimes

Ft. Aventurine, male reader, platonic. wc: 762
Content: child reader, reader is kinda stoic, dad aventurine, reader can't sleep, he takes child melatonin gummies, reader is refered to as son, kiddo and my little prince, reader likes to play outside, he's silly. / After playing outside and accidently falling down, leading to getting your clothes dirty, you get a bath and put to sleep after your shenanigans.
Notes: Umm, this took some time, but at least i posted, also trying a new layout (sort of), a mizi & sua fic coming soon!!
You stood in the doorway of the front door of your and your dad's house, covered head to toe in mud and grime. you shifted your eyes to the side and sweat dropped at your dad's intense stare on you, although your face was still blank. "So, my dear, son" He raised an eyebrow and smiled in amusement, "Would you mind telling me how exactly you ended up like this?" Aventurine said.
A small pout formed on your lips at his teasing tone whilst fiddling with the edge of your shirt — the edge that wasn't completely caked in mud.
"I... f..l.." You muttered, your words barely gracing Aventurine’s ears. He raised a brow, "Hm? I couldn't hear you, kiddo. Can you repeat what you said?" He encouraged as he kneeled down to be at your height. You shyly looked up and made eye contact with him. " I fell..." You repeated, this time louder than before, Aventurine paused for a second, looking at your embarrassed face, then laughed lightly and pat your head, making your already ruffled hair, messier.
Your cheeks felt hot, and it was quickly spreading all over your face from the way your dad practically "made fun" of you. "Not funny..." You complained as you crossed your arms over your chest, "No, I suppose not. My little prince could have gotten hurt!" Aventurine dramatically exclaimed, putting the back of his hand on his forehead and imitating a distressed tone.
Your once frown turned into a small smile as the edges your lips twitched upward, your dad always knew how to cheer you up. Nevertheless, you were still dirty and in need of a bath, you face scrunched up in distaste as the mud bled through your shirt and pressed against your skin. Aventurine quickly noticed your discomfort and picked you up in his arms, so you were sitting on his left forearm. "Let's get you cleaned up." He rubbed your back in an attempt to distract you from the feeling of being dirty.
You nodded and nuzzled into the crook of his neck, closing your eyes as you were trying to ignore the discomfort that you felt.
You sighed, feeling much better now that you had taken a bath and dressed in clean clothes, known as your pajamas. A content smile graced your face as you sunk into the mattress of your bed, laying on top of your sheets in a fetal position.
"(Name)?" Your name was called out, interrupting your moment of peace. You opened your once closed eyes. In Aventurine's hand was a squared shaped bottle, and on the inside were purple half-moon shaped gummies. These were your melatonin gummies. Ever since you were much younger, you've had trouble falling asleep. Never once had you fallen asleep at your own fruition, you had to be helped somehow, so your father made it his mission to help you fall asleep one way or another.
You hummed in acknowledgment and sat up, you stretched out your arms and put out both of your hands, awaiting the grape flavored goodness. Two crescent shaped gummies were put in the middle of your hands, you quickly popped them into your mouth.
Aventurine let out a light chuckle "eager, are we?" He teased. He moved to be sitting at the edge of your bed. You nodded. You didn't want to stay up anymore. Your body was fatigued from all the running you did, and the warm bath that you took had drained the remainder of your energy.
You crawled underneath your soft blanket, and you turned to your dad. "Can you tuck me in?" You asked all while putting on your best puppy eyes. Which were not exactly needed because he would have done it even if you hadn't asked. Aventurine smiled. "Of course I can." He reached over and brought the blanket up to your chin, smoothed out the sides where your shoulders were. He proceeded to tuck in the loose sides underneath your torso.
"There" Aventurine muttered, looking quite proud of his work. He reached up and stroked the top of your head. You yawned as the melatonin finally caught up to you, making your eyes feel heavy. You sunk deeper into your bed, relishing in the warm feeling of being wrapped in soft cloth as well as the presence of your dad's hand radiating warmth.
"Goodnight, Papa." You slurred out, your eyes finally closing as you fell into a deep slumber.
Aventurine smiled softly and leaned down to give you a kiss on your forehead.
"Sweet dreams, my little prince"
the men and boys are innocent too.
we cry "the innocent women and children" to appeal to the masses, to try and force their sympathy, but the men and boys are innocent too.
I have seen sons crying out for their mothers, their fathers, their siblings. I have seen them break down at the loss of their families. I have seen them cling to their dead and grieve.
I have seen fathers cradle their dead children, seen them kiss their faces and hold their little hands. I have seen them faint with grief when asked to identify the dead. I have seen them carry their sons and daughters. I have seen them fasting to provide what little they can for their families.
I have seen men and boys digging through the rubble with just their bare hands, I have seen them comforting strangers, playing with children, rocking them, hushing them, even if the face of such imminent danger. I have seen them cry, seen them grieve, seen them break down into each other's arms, seen them be selfless, beyond selfless, becoming something I don't have a word for.
I have seen the men who are doctors refuse to leave their patients, even when they have no medicine or supplies to give them, even when they're threatened with bombings. I have seen fathers who have lost all their children pick orphans up into their arms and proclaim them their child so they are not alone. I have seen men and boys digging pets out of the rubble.
the men are innocent too. the men and boys are being hurt and killed too. the men and boys are grieving too. the men and boys are scared too. the men and boys are fighting to save their people too. the men and boys deserve to be fought for too.
Hello 👋
Please take a moment to read my story.
I am Heba Al-Dahdouh. I currently live in the completely destroyed city of Gaza. Since the war on Gaza began on 7/1/2024, my family- my father Nasif, my mother Asmaa, and my siblings Khaled, Ahmad, Muhammad, and Malak-have been living in constant fear, crying, and suffering due to shrapnel, shells, and bullets.
We have no food, no electricity, no cooking gas, no schools, no homes, no cleaning supplies, and no clothes. Our house was completely destroyed. My school has been bombed, and my brother Khaled's university is now rubble, depriving us all of education. The war has forced us to live in displacement centers, which are just tents unsuitable for living, especially in winter.
Every day we live death, terror, and panic a thousand times because of the ongoing bombardment of my city. The war has killed more than 50 of my relatives and neighbors. At the start of the war, we sought refuge at my aunt's house, but it too became rubble. Imagine: we have survived imminent death more than 20 times and have been displaced among shelters more than 13 times. My siblings and I have suffered from many illnesses due to malnutrition, and we need medication continuously.
If we stay in Gaza, we might lose our lives. Recently, we have been seriously considering leaving Gaza for a safe place. However, travel costs are extremely high. We need over $50,000 to leave Gaza. Due to exorbitant prices, rampant unemployment, lack of security, the ongoing siege, and relentless bombardment, we have lost all our money. How can we live in such insecurity, with constant shelling and shrapnel flying above us? Dear compassionate friends around the world,
With your generous donations, even if small, you can save 7 people from imminent death, allowing us to start a life outside Gaza filled with love, peace, and hope.
With my warmest regards from the city of Gaza,
Heba Al-Dahdouh.
