Fell into the Persona 5 brainrot hole, here's an OC. Fubuki Hotaru, former member of the Volleyball team and codenamed Ace. Given almost all the Phantom Thieves have unique looks to their uniform that actually break the rules, I figured I'd do the same for Hotaru!

Her story doesn't have a happy ending. RIP her.
