I keep losing and gaining the same 6 pounds

i forgot to update yesterday, im sorry dollz

yesterday was so good, i had 700 c@ls but most of it was healthy and i burnt off 900 c@ls too!

the sc@le went down and now i’m 107 lbs instead of 108 and im so happy

so far today has been good, i probably won’t e@t much either

i can already feel myself getting lighter, please don’t leave me @n@

i really ate to much today… i had around 700 c@ls and half of it was junk… im poisoning myself…

i did 20 minutes of ab pilates to try to help but i can’t get myself to stop feeling sick..

maybe tomorrow will be better?
