I’m so sick of the idea that we have to be in perfectly good moods at all times especially on our fucking periods. I’m not going to be nice while blood is pouring out from me and my cramps are killing me and my sensory issues get worse and the headaches and entire body aches and disrupted sleep and irritability I’m so sick of the expectation that during a period we should just carry on as normal

Gender Can Be A Touchy Topic. Ever Since Chopping Off My Hair I’ve Been Asked Multiple Times “when

Gender can be a touchy topic. Ever since chopping off my hair I’ve been asked multiple times “when I’m transitioning”. I’m 100% confident in my identity as a masculine female. Hell, cutting my hair short, almost makes me feel even MORE female.

A big ambition of the LGBTQ+ community is to eradicate gender roles. My confusion lies in the fact that since I cut my hair, which enhances my masculinity, the only reasonable explanation must be that I am transitioning. However, it is perfectly okay for me to be a masculine female, just as it is to be a feminine male. It is also okay that I desire to look more like a man, without wanting to identify as one. I love having female body parts - yeah, I wish I had smaller boobs and narrower hips, but for me that’s just for aesthetics.

I feel as though we as a community have lost touch with those of us who fall in between the lines, and not even to the point of identifying as non-binary. Some of us may never find a label that fits us perfectly, and that’s fine, we’re all just somewhere on a spectrum. Someone’s identity should never be assumed or questioned - and it is entirely up to them to decide who they want to be. I’ve never felt more happy with myself as I have since cutting off my hair. Hopefully some of you can relate to this message and I’m always open to discussion in the comments.

feminist suggestion: stop calling them “prostitutes” and opt instead for “prostituted women.” not only does it adamantly state that you are talking about women specifically, it reframes the image to focus on the fact that prostitution is being done to them by an outside force rather an identity that they chose out of their own free will. this calls for more empathy and compassion to be directed to the victims of the sex trade.

This will probably seem controversial, but I’m tired of these anti-bipartisan tropes.

The older I get, the more the left and right look like mirror images of each other. Republicans and democrats both hate women. They both hate the climate. Neither care for the general health of the population. When you get into the far left and right - both hate Jews.

The left is really big into identity politics right now, so they tend to cycle through who they support most pretty quickly. It all depends on who can claim the most victim hood. This is seen to the point that people are testifying in court hearings about TIMs in women’s sports who are not doctors, athletes, etc. A woman testified a bit ago saying “as a woman of color, I’m telling you no one cares about trans women in women’s sports”. As though being a woman of color had anything to do with the conversation - and she wasn’t even an athlete or doctor.

The right rarely changes their stances, but instead changes the severity of those stances. So we’ve always known, for example, that they don’t support abortion. Depending on the person, they’ll submit and vote on bills anywhere from the ability to get abortions up to 18 weeks, to the inability to get an abortion no matter what with no exceptions. So they keep the same general stance (anti choice), but they change the severity of that stance (no choice at all or maybe a choice up to so many weeks).

The idea that bipartisanship is bad, or just doesn’t exist, is truly stupid. Both sides are assholes. Usually, both sides are assholes in the same way. It all depends on how well they hide their true thoughts and agendas. Preaching about climate is easy, but you’re taking a jet all over the country? Saying you care about women is easy, but you’re advocating for a complete sunset of roe v wade? Both sides have/are liars.

I could on all day about this, but my point is this: saying “terfs are bad because they share the same viewpoint as conservatives” is just plain dumb. Not only do conservatives not agree with the “rf” part of the “terf”, but they also have their “te” opinions for different reasons than us. Trying to group us together tells me you are either just ignorant of how this works, or you are very thinly veiling your misogyny.

Original video is her talking about the stigma around vaginal hygiene and health. And even though most every woman will go through those hygiene issues, they are still made to feel bad about it.

Then he interrupts with a disgusted look on his face and proceeds to teach women how to plump up their lips.

A plastic surgeon, specializing in women’s plastic surgery, with a mass of female followers. And he finds vaginal hygiene and health disgusting.

These men are not your friends ladies. They are not cool and understanding. They don’t have your best interests at heart. They don’t care about you - only your money.

april fools day is actually the most sensible day of the year because it's the only day on which people will read something on the internet and stop for a second to consider whether or not it's actually true
