I think that when Sun finds out about his planets leaving, he is going to assume it might be the 'Planet revolution' Ganymede had threatened him with during the trial. Because knowing solarballs, this had to be brought up at some point again (and I honestly'd be dissappointed if it wasn't).

But the thing is that revolution simulare to what the moons did is not possible in this case. The rest of the solar system combined barely has 0,14% of the entire mass. And while moons came to attack much smaller rockies rather tha Giants with the same difference, Sun is only one. And that's excluding the fact that it would be extremely out of character for every single planet

In my opinion, the only way planets have a chance to rebel is pretty much by leaving. Which they also can't do in the very least because of the Earth. (And once again, it gives off out of character)

But right now the Earth is gone too which is suspicious as heck. Then it's four planets (three of whom are gas giants) and a dwarf planet missing. And the Sun has no context of what is going on and why would everyone leave. So from his perspective it all could be as well one big rebellion, s sign that they all got so fed up with him they literally left.
