i always felt bad for wanting to age myself down. i found about shifting at 16-17 but didn’t (exactly) shift, now im almost 21. i feel like i missed my chance to be with my comfort characters. i remember when i was a kid: i wished hogwarts was real, i wanted to go there so badly. i owe it to my little self. i owe it to myself for all those years i spent “trying” to shift.

I will truly never understand shiftok. Never. Wdym there are restrictions to REALITY SHIFTING. I literally had a person on tt (mutual) dm me saying "i don't think it's ok to age yourself down to be harry's age in the first movie. I've talked to multiple ppl on tt and we just think that's weird because of your age now".

....

BROTHA. I AM LITERALLY GOING TO OTHER REALITIES. I am a whole different person who can do magic??? And me being 11 is the weird and unatural thing????

5 Day Lucid Dream To Void State Challenge Instructions

There are 3 major lucid dream techniques we will employ during the duration of this challenge. If for whatever reason, you can not do one, that is fine. Just do whichever one you can. All 3 have really good success rates and just doing one is enough, I am just giving options and I know some people like having more to do.

#1: WBTB

This is arguably one of the most effective and popular lucid dream techniques to exist. The steps are simple:

1. Go to sleep and set an alarm after 5-6 hours. This is to interrupt your REM cycle.

2. Get up and do something for anywhere between 10-60 minutes. During this time, try to think about lucid dreaming, how you're going to lucid dream, etc.

3. Go back to sleep knowing you're going to enter a lucid dream.

(Now two of these are WBTB+recliner chair method posts which is not a lucid dream method but a void state method but I wanted to share to show how powerful WBTB can be and that you can even enter the void state directly using the WBTB method. Since this a lucid dream challenge I will not go into detail about this but you can check out this success story that explains it clearly).

#2: WrILD

WrILD stands for Writing Induced Lucid Dreaming and as the name suggests, all you need to do is write down your intention on a piece of paper to enter a lucid dream.

You should do it before bed, anywhere between right before to 2 hours before. Just take out a piece of paper and write an affirmation such as "I will lucid dream tonight" 50 to 100 times. It is super important to believe it and know it will come to fruition.

#3: ETILD

ETILD stands for Eye Twitch Induced Lucid Dream and it is where you mimic the eye twitches you experience during REM sleep to trick your body into REM sleep which you can then use to lucid dream. The steps are simple:

#1: Do 2 cycles of the 4-7-8 breathing method (Imhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8).

#2: Close your eyes and start moving your eyes rapidly left and right, up and down or in a circular motion.

#3: You will start to get lucid dream symptoms and enter a lucid dream.

If you have any issues with any of the above, that's fine. Just do what you can. Ideally here are the steps:

#1: Before going to sleep, do WrILD.

#2: Set an alarm clock for after 5-6 hours so you can do WBTB.

#3: Wake up and stay up for a few minutes and think about lucid dreaming. You can do WrILD again if you want.

#4: Go back to bed and do ETILD.

#5: Enter a lucid dream, stabilize it, and enter the void state through your desired method.

You can definetly employ other methods of your choosing as well. If you get goof results from subliminals, start listening to lucid dream subliminals or if you're an affirm and persist person, go ahead and do that. Make this customizable and effective for you.

Something I would love is if you guys would write down exactly what steps you're going to take and track it on your blogs so that when you succeed, people can know exactly what you did to enter and mimic your steps. You’re assuming you’re doing something wrong. Assume that you’re doing everything right. Assume you don’t need to do anything. Assume that you shift and/or enter the void easily and instantly.

i was done doing alpha state meditation so i let the audio to stop. i didn’t move during and after, i was feeling floaty and relaxed. i affirmed ‘i am in the void state’ few times then my mom called :/

You’re not stuck in this reality.

Have you ever heard of someone who shifted to their DR and couldn’t shift back to their OR?

No!

Shifting back to your OR is easy because you know it’s easy, you know you can’t get stuck.

All reality’s are the same value, one of them isn’t just easier to shift to. You can just as easily shift to your DR as shifitng back to your OR.

SHIFTING IS SO EASY, GO SHIFT!!!

i gave up on shifting a while ago but i hate it here i can’t do this i’m so tired it’s been so long i found about shifting back in 2019 september why am i still here i tried everything i even gave up and focused on my cr only i tried psychk i tried subliminals i tried every method i tried reprogramming my subconscious mind i tried everything i can’t do this anymore i don’t wanna live here my mental health got worse again i don’t know what to do i don’t know if i should completely give up on my dreams and my life or try again
