"I am bored.” You huff, resting your head on Lennon’s lap.

"Well, what should we do?" He asks, tucking your hair behind your ear.

"If I knew that, I wouldn't be bored." You tease by nudging his nose.

" I have an idea ! He exclaims, pulling out his phone.

He played your favorite song, then pulled you to your feet, resting his hands on your waist. Lennon started rocking from side to side, resting his forehead against yours. As you danced, Lennon’s hands slid a little below your waist, causing you to laugh.

"Hey, hands up there." You tease, guiding his hands to your waist.

"Sorry, that was too tempting." He winked, leaning in to kiss your lips.

"Your lips are so hot." He noticed, kissing you once more.

While the two of you were dancing across the living room floor, Lennon couldn't stop kissing you, which you weren't complaining about.

"What's going on today? You're so clingy today." You laughed, feeling his lips touch yours once more.

"I love you so much." He dueted, bringing you even closer to him.

When the song ended, Lennon was still holding you close, looking into your eyes.

"I know I kissed you ten times, but I want to kiss you ten more times." He explains, pecking your lips.

"Lucky for you, we have years for that."

"I look forward to every minute."

You woke up to the sun peeking through the curtains in Gene’s room. “Good morning” Gene said. His morning voice clear through his words. You opened up one eye and smiled softly at him. His hair still a mess from sleep and a grin on his pretty face. “Good morning” you half-whispered back. He kissed your cheek and pulled you in his arms. You nuzzled your head into his sweatshirt and sighed deeply.

You two laid there in a comfortable silence, just enjoying each other’s companies. You felt yourself drifting back to sleep until small kisses landed on your face. You pretended to sleep, but you couldn’t hide a giggle bubbling inside of me. The peppering of kisses became more intense and now you were full on laughing. “Gene stop” you squealed, trying to push him away. His sloppy-kiss attacks were intense and tickling. You finally managed to push him off of you. The both of you just started laughing. “Wanna watch a movie?” Gene asked while stroking your hair. He wasn’t the type you’d expect to be so lovey dovey, but here we are. “Sure” you said smiling slightly. He pulled you in once more and you rested your head on his shoulder. You breathed in his scent deeply and played with his fingers. Mornings like these didn’t happen too often, but when they did you appreciated them with your entire heart.
