If Eleanor is the protagonist in future installments, if 2K is going with the Bioshock 2 canon, I hope they keep her as badass as she is. Like, if you want to make things challenging, make the splicers more mutated so they can keep up with her (like the amphibian splicers from concept art), but don’t do what Burial at Sea did with Elizabeth and take away her powers.Â
Playing as Eleanor should be fun as hell, you can choose to stealth, but if you want to go in guns blazing and rip through enemies, you can do that too. She wouldn’t use guns giving her backstory, let us be able to flip over enemies and impale them with our needles, let us be able to fling fireballs and toss splicers around like rag dolls.Â
I’d also love flashbacks from Delta’s perspective as she can see his memories. Given how Bioshock’s good ending is canon, I’m gonna assume 2′s good ending is canon as well. Flashbacks of Johnny Topside before being sent to Persephone, the Big Daddy program, and him and Eleanor bonding would be awesome. Maybe New Years Eve 1958 from her perspective? Delta and Sinclair on the train in between levels bonding, Auntie Grace and little Eleanor coping with Sofia being sent to Persephone??? Stanley being terrifying????Â
Returning characters? Hell, yes give me returning characters. Older, weary Tenenbaum and Porter trying to keep Rapture a secret from world governments and them and Eleanor making an iconic trio, an adult Cindy Meltzer, Jack finally being seen in person and not through shadows, and determinant characters’ fates such as Grace and Lamb being shown.
I’m just saying, there’s a lot more to explore with the aftermath of Rapture and Eleanor Lamb.
i could faggify him
Yo what if Tumblr was a Hotel!
Listen, I’m going wild with Lutece device shenanigans in 2 causing the Train Car Party to relive their and mainly Delta’s past as a bonding experience: Sinclair witnessing his grandfather’s death, Stanley seeing himself getting verbally abused by his father for being too ‘weak and pathetic’ for football, a teenage Grace discovering an alcoholic family member froze to death outside her Hooverville shack, Mark’s divorce.
They’re going from tear to tear as it just gets worse and worse like:
daughter like father
have a hog wild weekend
