“Who needs wealth when you can make a woman laugh?” — Tyrion Lannister

i will never get over it
Still not over that scene in Hide where the Doctor wraps his arm around Clara’s shoulders and tells her a love story - “the oldest story in the universe” - about how a boy and a girl are separated, about how they ache for each other across time and space. How Clara stands there tucked under his arm, listening carefully to this story he’s spinning. How neither one of them are yet aware that he’s telling their story. How, one day, Clara will scatter herself all across time and all over space, how she’ll look for him and love him in each life she lives. How she’ll willingly die countless times in his place. How, at some point, he’ll dream about her for four-and-a-half billion years, how he’ll love her enough to burn himself up again and again and fracture the universe and unravel time all to bring her back because not even death - hers or his - can stop him.
But they don’t know it’s a story about them. Not yet. So the both of them stand there close together, outside the old mansion’s brick walls, enjoying each other’s company and thinking about the events unfolding, unaware that they’re the characters in the story he’s telling.

When Suzie left Torchwood, she was on the run. She wiped all her records. I couldn't retrieve her files. She was good at computers.
