But it wont, for now, the summers are growing harsher, there’s an aching pit in her stomach too. Leave it too long and you’ll grow anxious without it. Soft flesh like overripe fruit, we gorge on ourselves sick on the taste of our own skin. Better mine than yours, better yours than mine. You never asked to be the vermin, they only labeled you that way. So you can either eat the pesticides or eat yourself. I never asked to be the predator, they only bred me this way. It's survival of the fittest. You will eat yourself, and I will eat you. I want to live, I want to live, I want to live.
