I like to know my writing partner. This isn’t always necessary, and if you’re not the sort of person who tries to get chummy with their roleplaying buddies, that’s absolutely fine, but in my experience, the plots and characters that last the longest are the ones with the players that I can message at 3 in the morning with an idea without feeling like I’m bothering them. 

OH YEAH btw i............am thinking on a fe3h verse for rakan. n i’ve thought about it for a bit, and think that i’ve decided to make him a part of the leicester alliance! whether he’s of noble blood or not idk yet bc......i’d love to give him a crest that could prevent counter attacks sometimes, u feel me? n also. i know u have to choose your unit to make a dancer but rakan’s already a dancer unit and u can’t tell me otherwise! OH AND. ALSO. i’m gonna make him a mage bc i don’t think there’s anything he could be better at than reason and faith magic? ( he’s probably more adept with faith than reason, i’d say ) i’m gonna go ahead n say he can’t be recruited into edelgard’s house unless xayah’s there but. u know. LFDJHFDH

if i had to think deeply on it, i’d say it was probably around his adolescence ( whenever the hell that might be for lhotlan vastaya, i don’t exactly have any specific details on that if i’m honest ), flirting with whichever girl he found himself attracted to, charming her with his good looks, smooth words, until they kissed. now, was it perfect? hell no, it was awkward as hell, bc rakan didn’t rly know how to give a kiss. sure, he heard about it, but never really experienced it. needless to say, he now knows when and when not to use his teeth lmao
