$585 AUD Raised Of $60,000 Goal

I would like to share the story of Khaled Smeer, who once lived a stable life as the manager of one of the largest malls in Gaza. In addition to his management role, Khaled worked as an English translator, leading a busy life filled with activity and interaction with others. He lived in northern Gaza with his family, and everything was going well until the war broke out.

As the conflict intensified and the bombings escalated, Khaled’s home was completely destroyed. In a matter of moments, he and his family lost everything they had; no home to shelter them and no resources to rely on. Life was no longer the same. Now, Khaled lives in northern Gaza, where conditions worsen every day. They are struggling with severe hunger, with no access to the basic necessities of daily life—no food, no clothing, and no safe place to stay.

In the face of this tragedy, Khaled decided to start a campaign asking for help. He isn’t just asking for himself, but for all those who suffer like him. Khaled is trying to leave Gaza in search of safety and a chance to start over. However, he faces a significant obstacle: it costs 5,000 USD per person to leave when the border crossing opens.

Khaled’s words are filled with both pain and hope. Today, he is asking for your help, whether by sharing his story or donating to his cause. Every small contribution makes a difference. Thank you to everyone who reads Khaled’s story, and to all those who offer any form of support for Palestine. ♥️

Famished Gazans have been eating animal feed to survive. So Israel decided to BAN animal feed as well!

The depravity is unfathomable... pic.twitter.com/SzLvEGgu39

The rest of the items banned or restricted from entering Gaza by Israel is even more insane. It includes chocolate pastries, children's toys, stone fruits (e.g. dates, mangos, peaches, cherries, apricots...) & water purification tools.

Engineered famine!https://t.co/kbSEB420vz pic.twitter.com/ixnHgAaoLQ

Maternity kits, medical threads and scissors, water testing kits, anesthetics, mobile desalination units, etc do you see the pattern? Israel is not only starving the people of Gaza but it also wants to ensure the spread of disease through contaminated water and surgical tools, as well as ensuring injured Palestinians suffer through horrendous pain.

It's beyond sickening.

🌹Hello again🌹

Note: I lost my old campaign and had to create a new campaign. I am now starting over with you, but I know that you are by my side and will not leave me alone in this war and this bad situation. My child and I are in great need of your support. I hope that you will continue to support me as before.

We are a small family consisting of 3 members. We lived a beautiful life. I worked as a lawyer and my husband worked in programming. We lived in peace and security before October 7, but since that time we have not lived a single fine day. We were in our house at the beginning of the war, but We have Ahtaho Khan Yunis. We were the first people to leave. There was artillery shelling over our heads. Many died before our eyes. We escaped death and ran away more than 7 times while we were in Rafah and made tents.. Now we are in a tent after we were living a good life and we have a beautiful house. But unfortunately, the occupation has destroyed it. We are dying every second and every minute. If it is not from the occupation, then it is from living in a tent made of nylon in this extreme heat, or from the high prices through which we are unable to buy the simplest necessities of life. My child is exposed to many diseases and gets very tired. I appeal to those with good hearts to look at our situation, how we were and how we have become

I hope you see my account and see what we are suffering from, a new displacement and new tents. We are now sleeping in the street, me and my little child. He is suffering a lot. I don't know what awaits us. Our situation is very bad and difficult. It is truly tragic. I hope you help us with your donations, even if they are small. Don't forget us. We are in a difficult situation and my little child cannot bear it. I wish I had given him a better life than this, but he is not well now. He cannot enjoy his life or play like other children. He has become very afraid and cries a lot. I hope you help us and give us hope again. We need you and your constant support. I hope you look at us again and feel what we feel and what we live. Perhaps your donations will be the reason for saving my life and the life of my little child. I hope you always remember us and do not forget us.

🌹Hello Again🌹

URGENT: Get Hazem's Brother Mustafa to 15k

Hi all, despite posts about Hazem still circulating, the donations have completely stopped. There has been only one €5 donation in the past two hours.

Hazem gave me permission to share these photos of Mustafa, his second youngest brother who turned 18 just a few months ago:

My second youngest brother, Mustafa, was living his dream. After years of hard work and excelling in high school, he finally began his first semester at university last September. Our family was overjoyed, as Mustafa was taking his first steps toward achieving his dream of higher education. Mustafa since he was young loved photography and multimedia design, you would scarcely find him without a camera in his hand. But with the onset of the recent war, Mustafa's dream turned into a nightmare. The conversation shifted from classes and lectures to survival. This year, Mustafa was robbed of his education and his life now revolves around securing the basic necessities—food, water, and safety. Every day, Mustafa rises early to walk for miles on roads exposed to drones and snipers in order to get water for the rest of our siblings. He should be in class, learning photo composition and graphic design, but instead our family depends on him for survival.

Humanitarian zones are shrinking day by day—the iof just issued another order today to evacuate eastern Deir el-Balah (central Gaza), where many families from Rafah and Khan Younis were forcefully displaced to just weeks prior.

Humanitarian food and water distribution sites are now in red "shoot on sight" zones, with no way to reach them. All but one aid truck to North Gaza were intercepted either by the iof or by zionist looters. The UN announced a 300% increase in acute malnutrition cases for children in the past two months in the North.

Just yesterday, there were multiple bombings near Jabalia, where Hazem's family are staying. The number of martyrs are projected to rise, just as the military situation is progressively escalating.

We are very close to our daily goal of €15,000 in order to help secure Mustafa's evacuation registration fee. There has been no donations in almost 2 hours. Any donation makes a difference to these children.

Currently €14,221 raised, please help us raise €779 more before the end of day today, so we can secure the registration fee for 3 of the 5 children.

Hello👋,

I am Mohammad, a father of three children. I lost my mother, father, and siblings at the beginning of the war on Gaza 🇵🇸, and I was injured in my leg during the same incident. I am writing this message with indescribable pain due to my leg injury. My leg is at risk of amputation if I don't continue my treatment abroad, as there is no treatment or pain relief available in Gaza. My children's cries never stop; they want to escape the danger surrounding us from all sides.I beg you and ask for your help with whatever mercy and generosity you can offer, even a small donation of 5 euros or more. I also hope you can share my story so that my voice reaches those who can help. The physical and emotional pain I endure is unbearable, and my goal is to protect what remains of my family. You are my only hope in achieving this. Please do not let me down.My children and I are waiting for your donation with bated breath.Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💐♥️.

"There are children and elderly that are so starved that they can barely walk. These people cannot just relocate to another area, to so-called 'safe zones'. It is not possible" https://t.co/oCGpLNe0Ve

'Not possible': Palestinians too 'starved' to leave Rafah
Middle East Eye
Orders to move out of the city are meaningless to people 'unable to walk' due to starvation, aid workers say

Three days ago, the Israeli military dropped flyers ordering displaced people and residents of Rafah to leave. In the orders where people were told to move out of Rafah, the military said it was “about to operate with force against the terror organisations in the area”. A UN estimate says there are 1.2 million people sheltering in dire conditions in Rafah, Gaza's southern city. The "full-blown famine" that has taken hold in the north of Gaza has spread to the south, Cindy McCain, the head of the World Food Programme, confirmed over the weekend. There are roughly 200 Palestinians that are being forcibly displaced from Rafah every hour, the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (Unrwa) said on Wednesday. During an online press briefing, medical doctors and humanitarian aid workers reporting from the ground in Gaza spoke about the impossible feat of moving people from Rafah, as people are ridden by famine plus a collapsed transportation and healthcare system. "There are children and elderly that are so starved that they can barely walk. These people cannot just relocate to another area, to so-called 'safe zones'. It is not possible," Alexandra Saieh, head of humanitarian policy from Save the Children, said. Several aid workers have expressed that there is no "safe" area in the Gaza Strip for people to relocate to. "The concept of safe zones is a lie," Helena Marchal, from Medecins du Monde, said. Aid workers also reiterated the difficulty of getting aid both into Gaza and then distributing it. Both the Rafah and the Kerem Shalom crossings, through which most aid reached the besieged Strip, have closed since Sunday evening. Roads across Gaza are largely destroyed or blocked by people sheltering, contributing to the difficulty of movement of both goods and people. Only a very limited number of routes, especially between the north and south, are available for humanitarian use, Jeremy Konyndyk, from Refugees International, explained. Another issue is overcrowding. "In Deir al-Balah and the Mawasi area on the outskirts of the Rafah and Khan Younis governorates, there is barely any space. There are tents everywhere, on the beach, on the sidewalks, the streets, the graveyards, the courtyards of the hospitals, in the courtyards of the schools," Ghada Alhaddad, from Oxfam International, said. Saieh explained that it took her team six weeks and four failed attempts to move a couple of hundred food parcels from Rafah to the north of Gaza. "One litre of fuel cost $40 yesterday," according to Ranchal. Fuel enters through the Rafah crossing. If the fuel is cut off, the aid operation collapses," Konyndyk said.

So tumblr keeps on shadowbanning Siraj's accounts and he tries to remake of course, but right now, he is exhausted with  how targeted these bans have started to feel.  To be honest, Siraj is tired of a lot of things: the never ending atrocity, the hunger, the cold, and of course, he is tired of barely making any progress in the  campaign at all. He wanted to make a post today but since he doesn’t have the energy to travel all the way to Deir-al Balah for an Internet connection, I am writing this on behalf of him. Please read through this if possible; these are Siraj Abudayeh's own words:

A perception gained through hearing is merely a poor reflection of the actual, be it about events concerning Gaza, Ramallah, Paris or USA.

It can't ever be enough even if you diligently follow the news. Or if you read every single article or watch every video that maybe available online. For there are things present in the air of Gaza- rotten and burnt smell, metallic smoke that sticks to the mouth and coats the nostrils, poison that is inhaled with every breathe and chemicals taken into the lungs- that no video can capture.

So of course there is a difference! It is a difference between reading the phrase, “I waited seven hours for a bottle of water,” and actually being parched and having to wait hours for some semi-polluted water. There is a difference between reading about Gazan children losing their childhoods, and actually having to see your son despairingly cry out “BREAD!” There is a difference between hearing about a torn tent, and actually having to live in it, that too if you were lucky to afford one.

There is always a difference between reading/hearing it and LIVING it. For all this, I want to say that the one who is only hearing about it does not have the right to draw up conclusions about the needs of the person living the nightmare. They have no right to either question his relentless pursuit for his cause, nor expect that he can be steadfast and not feel exhaustion. There is a difference between what we know and what others have the privilege of not knowing: there is a difference, there is a DIFFERENCE. The meaning is simple, there is always a difference.

In the last 2 days, we have seen some disturbing comments being made about the genocide going on in Gaza. I don't actually have anything to say regarding such banal behavior but I do request you to read what Gazans have to say. Ultimately Palestine will be free, with or without us, but I hope that when we chanted "Free Palestine", there was some truth to it.
