Hi everyone!

So my writing has been pretty slow lately - partially because I've been focusing on trying to make sure the ff!au's storyline actually makes sense and partially because writers block has hit me like an 18 wheeler carrying 3 tonnes of cement. Therefore, I've decided that for the next few weeks I'm going to be choosing prompts to write quick (mostly jay-centric) one shots and posting them here.

This means that if you have a one shot idea that you'd like to see, send a quick prompt or description to me and I'll do my best to write something related to it - this way I can a. banish my writers block and b. bring your ideas to fruition! (and yes, if you want you can request something from the familiar faces au)

Obviously some quick rules:

I will not write anything of a sexual nature. I do not feel comfortable at the moment with writing smut, so please leave anything like that out of your prompts

Nothing meant to be rude or harmful either - I won't write about any prompts that portray things such as racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. in a positive light. That means that for example I could write something about a character who has to face homophobia or transphobia as it's made clear that said act is not morally right.

I'm not usually one for writing romance, but I will be alright with writing ships. That being said, I will not write about any ships which are incestous, pedophelic, etc.

With those being said, let's get started!

yeah, there's gonna be a LOT more DC art in my near future lol

this show has grabbed onto my brain and won't let go, and as a result it's also cured my artists' block! I care so much about this show and it's characters, and I'm so glad my art can make other fans happy :D

right now im working on a post thats gonna explain the basics of the au’s storyline (with little to no spoilers dw). it should be posted by the end of the weekend and i hope you’ll find it interesting :)

also i just wanted to add - everyone has been so nice and supportive of the au so far! i’ve only posted a fic once before, years ago, and lets just say the community’s reaction to it wasn’t as nice. i ended up deleting both the fic and my account out of embarrassment and haven’t posted anything since then. i was scared when first posting this idea because even though it was a different fandom and i’d seen first hand just how scarily nice ninjago tumblr is, i didn’t want people to act like they had all those years ago. but no, youve all been so indescribably lovely to me, and it makes me so happy to be part of such a kind fandom!

i hope that this au continues to be something you can find joy in. your thoughts and comments mean so much to me.

i mean if I like an idea enough i'll draw/write it for free, but it has to be something I actually wanna do. I don't do commissions, just requests lol. however if you do have a request don't be afraid to send me it! there's just one thing i need you guys to respect and it's that I have a right to turn down a request if I don't want to do it. as long as you get that, please send away!
