Good Lila AU

So, there’s not enough good Lila AUs so I bring you this

Lila and Marinette have known each other for a long time, ever since Gina took Mari to Italy one year. They meet around 8 years old and just hit it off

Gina is a good friend of rhe Rossi’s, and she heard that they have a daughter her granddaughter’s age! What better way to help Marinette get some friends?

Eleanora Rossi knew that Lila didn’t have many friends, so meeting Marinette was a good thing.

When Lila and Marinette meet for the first time, Lila is unregretably smitten. The two girls find out they have a lot in common really, the biggest one being fashion. While Lila has always wanted to be a model, Marinette aspired to be a designer.

They made a pact on it, Marinette was going to make her own brand and Lila was to be her model.

Other than that, whenever Lila lies it’s really because she is a pathological liar. She can’t help it, it’s like water to her. She’s trying to get better, Marinette helps her a lot in that regards.

Mari hates liars though, but because of Lila she tones down that behavior.

She and Lila talk a lot through Skype, whenever they get home they immediately go onto a video chat with their best friend. They also text a lot, since they’re in two different countries.

They only see each other in the summer so video chat and texts are more common.

When Origins comes around, Lila was on Skype with Marinette so she got to see everything. She can’t see Tikki though since she doesn’t show up on any sort of video.

So Marinette is panicky because her best friend can’t see this bug and it’s like, Lila??? Help???

So to prove that this was all real, Marinette transformed into ladybug. Much to Lila’s awe and scream.

“MARIBELLA YOU’RE A MAGICAL GIRL! MY BEST FRIEND’S A MAGICAL GIRL!”

Because Lila definitely has watched stuff like Sailor Moon and Madoka Magica.

Chameleon and Volpina go a bit differently, one of the major differences is that Lila does not go out of her way to help a terrorist. During Volpina Marinette gently called her out as Marinette in front of Adrien. She doesn’t know why Adrien brought the miraculous book but Lila couldn’t help but be Fascinated with the idea of The Fox Miraculous. Maybe instead of lying/buying a miraculous inspired necklace she makes a one off comment about her grandmother used to being volpina. She feels so guilty about it when Adrien sees this side of her, Marinette taking her hand reassuringly was a bit helping

But Hawkmoth decided to use her guilt and horrible feeling against her. He turns her into Volpina. Marinette feels really horrible that she has to fight her best friend

Chameleon is really a different story. First off, a lot of the same things happen but the only difference is that Lila doesn’t make them switch seats around. It was all Alya’s idea because lila said one time when it was her first day she has tinnitus.

Marinette is hurt that they would put her in the back like that, but she never blames Lila. They talk in the bathroom with a lot of hugging. Both feeling a bit hurt that they’re pushed a lot away from each other, Marinette is Lila’s lying impulse control. Without her, she can’t stop the lying.

Marinette attracts an akuma, but Lila seeing this snatches it out of the air to protect Marinette.

The second fight between Marinette and Lila end up in a cuddle party with ice cream and movies.

One of Lila’s lies are true though, she’s best friends with Ladybug. And she will never betray her friend

Also eventually Lila is gifted the Fox Miraculous so Volpina becomes real.

Hi everyone, I decided to write a fic centered on Chloe; is a sugar fic. I always liked her character. And I would like to dedicate this fic to Sienna, aka @catsandfanfic. Happy 14th birthday. Her birthday is March 6th. In my time zone it’s March 6 so hopefully you’re not getting this too early. I hope your birthday is amazing, and I really hope you enjoy this fic; i heard you like Maribat. And @justdyingontheinside gives you a shout out on your special day.

Chloe knew how everyone expected it to go. The blond could admit… She was spoiled, selfish, petty, and insecure, with mommy issues galore.

But she wasn’t a villain. Yet she could understand why people thought she’d go down like one.

Nevertheless, for people to think she’d ever willingly work for Hawkmoth; a man who ruthlessly used his power to corrupt the hearts and minds of innocents (like her father, mother, Adrien, Sabrina, and everyone else in Paris) and use them to further his own agenda… was too much.

The people who believed that was basically saying Chloe was irredeemable; that there was no way she could ever be anything more than what she was. Like she couldn’t grow. Like she couldn’t better herself; like everyone in the world had that ability except for her. She was fourteen-years-old.

Only fifteen!

Why was it so easy to write her off?

I just. I don’t like this view of “millennials vs Gen Z”. This is NOT supposed to be a competition of who got fucked over the most and who’s “actually fighting back”.

Millennials are fighting back just by surviving in a job market where the minimum wage doesn’t cover the living cost. Millennials are awesome at “killing” the diamond, golfing and napkins industries. Millennials are using the internet to make sure things that corporations want to keep in the dark are exposed. They’re open LGBTQIA-friendly business, they’re supporting each other with online donations so everyone can survive this shitty economy.

And the Gen Z kids? The Gen Z kids are rad. I remember a post about something like the millennials making a collective promise to never become a disenchanted generation that only criticizes the next one and I want to point out that this “millennials vs gen z” trend is trying to do exactly that: split us apart. Prevent millennials from being the older siblings that teach the younger siblings to throw a good punch and turn them into the annoyed adult complaining about “those kids” on their lawn. We are the two groups that grew in a connected world of information. We are two very unique generations.

I think that it’s our duty for us millennials, as a disrespected, underpaid, very angry generation to stand up by our younger siblings, and fight together the oppressive systems that brought us all to this point.

My Big Brother Verse Ideas

Okay here's some ideas I had about Big Brother Verse!

• Jason met this adorable pink fluff ball after he came back to life

• He was learning how to beat the Bat

• Paris has teen superhero's with no mentors?

• He decides to check it out

• It's not like he cares, but they're probably younger than he was

• He meets Marinette on patrol when she's LB

• They sort of bond over his awesome motorcycle

• Marinette's grandmother definitely influenced her here

• He finds out about her class and boy

• the only safe one in class is Chloe because at least she's trying to be better and help

• and Queen Bee? Jason loves her too

• Her comebacks? A+

• Kagami is absolutely thrilled with her new competent sparing partner

• Luka and him bond over their secret love of classic lit.

• He hates Adrien, Alya, and Lyla

• Nino's on thin ice, but he's starting to rebel a giant his overbearing friends

• These kids are awesome!

• He doesn't want to leave, but well Gotham

• They understand after all Paris is their city

• Under the red hood happens

• And then Damien comes and Jason's just like he would be a perfect Chat

• He calls Mari and co. to get their butts to Gotham because they don't need that stupid cat

• He forgot to tell his family about them

• They show up at the manor and everyone just like who are the French people?

• They're all surprised when Tiny McFluffball jumps onto Jason

• Then Jason introduces him to his "Lil Sis"

• Shock all around

Just Had My Nth Conversation With Someone About Mask-wearing Today - Yet Another Well-intentioned Moron

Just had my nth conversation with someone about mask-wearing today - yet another well-intentioned moron who was like

‘But the virus is gone now’ (it isn’t)

‘But the mask is uncomfortable’ (ventilators are worse)

‘But you’re young, you won’t die’ (having this thing could impact my health for decades to come + it’s my responsability to protect those who’re more vulnerable than I am because that’s how society works)

‘But are you going to live in fear for the rest of your life’ (taking concrete safety measures actually helps me feel more in control and less worried)

‘But are you going to give up everything and stay inside like a rat’ (no, but I’m definitely going to decide what’s worth risking my health for, and shopping for bread rolls is not very high on my list of literally-to-die-for activities)

‘But what if they never find a vaccine’ (then we’ll get used to the situation just like we got used to a thousand other things like seat belts, bike helmets, and increasingly weird true crime podcasts).

I know it’s tiring to have people call you paranoid all the time - but you’re right and they’re wrong. Check the news, keep a safe distance from others whenever possible and keep wearing your mask!
