I imagine they might be shunned from society, even killed at birth, the same way Firescales are in the Skywing tribe and Rainwings who can't change the colour of their scales. They'd probably see this power as an extreme negative within their tribe but I can definitely see a queen trying to control one of them, especially if she has an animus on her side to help prevent the supermoon born from projecting false experiences onto her.
