Pure Vanilla got as stubborn as his love of his life and refused to let Elder Faerie sacrifice his Life Powder for White Lily and did so himself, so when Elder Faerie launched that powerful attack he did not die and left White Lily as his succesor, he just needed some rest.

I really like how Bill's summoning and his deal with Ford draws them both pretty arrogant

Ford sees "do N O T summon" on that triangular face. But he goes "oh, as if anything bad will happen to me". But he goes "I can fix whatever happens". But he goes "whatever this is about, nothing is more important than my future and my research". He's above this warning.

And Bill with that circle? There is a six fingered hand on it. And he meets a six fingered man. What does he do? Does he try to never see him again? Does he try to get close and not piss him off? Does he try to get rid of him the moment he sees him? No, he gets close, betrays him and endangers humanity that man really wants to impress. Because what can a simple human do to him? Because he's above this circle with little drawings.

Also, do you think the circle made Ford's "I was destined for something great" even worse? Like, his hand is on some ancient mural, that's probably more food for his ego

Imagine bitter peaches but back in pre-DE times Dark Cacao had something going on with Pure Vanilla and then when it's pre-main plot of dck that manipulative bitch Affogato got him in relationship

And like, when it's Vanilla it's so obviously "oh, they're best friends" and when it's Affogato it's "oh, he's obviously manipulated into this"

But then Cacao gets that thousands years old femboy with no obvious subplots or no-homo explanations and Dark-"oh they're friends"-"oh he's manipulated"-Choco just goes "wait my dad is actually gay???"
