Today was a great work out, been seen little changes here and there but it hard keeping up specially with the cold starting! 🥶🤧

The vibes for this whole year! Ugh

Something Ive leard over time by analyzing body language is this and let me know if you agree. When you pass by someone, they make eye conta and look at the floor is a sign of insecurity or low self esteem.

People with confidence will make eye contact and keep the body straight and head held high. Im working on this myself,. Fake it till you make it, am i right? 😉
