shifting is literally so enlightening to me because i've never felt like i belonged in this reality ever since i was a child. i was always craving something... more. now i know why, i was meant to shift, i was never meant to stay in this reality. i get that with LOA i can definitely assume that i belong in this reality but i honestly don't want to. i don't want to stay in this reality any longer. i don't want to force myself to fit in a reality that i know deep down that i do not belong. where i truly belong is in my main drs and drs.

The Beautiful Infinite Thing That is Reality Shifting

There are infinite amounts of realities. They are just as real as this one!

Seriously stop acting like what you can imagine doesn't exist.

There are realities where you're a different gender, age, sexual orientation, a fucking dinosaur, dating your CC, where you're the wall, anything!!!!!

That reality you just thought of? It exists.

You can literally change everything, including yourself. Down to even how your emotions and mind work in that reality. Mhm, that reality even exists.

Maybe longing for a home you've never been in. In love with a “fictional” person or world? Missing a lost loved one? Desire to be Immortal? Want health? All possible within the realms of shifting. It's all a real part of this vast omniverse!

You're probably like “Star what the fuck is the omniverse? You stoned?”

Let me explain for you!

Picture this, practically like the multiverse on steroids. Not just infinite realities, infinite multiverses within that!!! I'm talking an infinite never ending web of interconnected realities where every single possibility no matter how far-fetched or “fictional” it may be, is a part of it! And you're in it all.

Yet you're over here whining because you don't think you're there right now?

But you are!!!! Your awareness exists within every single on of these realities!

YOU ARE AWARENSSS ABLE TO EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE INFINITE NEVER ENDING REALITIES OUT THERE!

If you can think of it, it exists somewhere. You can shift there. No matter what anyone tells you, you are solely the thing that places the limit. No matter what you are there, always experiencing,

Isn't that amazing? You are already within all of these infinite realities. You simply just gotta shift your awareness to be there.

Sometimes we just gotta stop and remind ourselves of what we are at its core. Awareness. Simply awareness itself.

Embrace it, let it settle in. That infinite means, well exactly what it states. Infinite.

You are the cosmos/god/omniverse, whatever you want to call it, that gets to experience itself through this wonderful world of reality shifting. That's so beautiful.

You Aren’t Creating Anything. You Are Remembering Everything.

Re-read the title please. You aren't creating anything. You are remembering everything.

How can you create reality when reality is already created? Creation is finished boo. Don’t give yourself that much credit. Stop looking at manifestation as if it’s bringing something new into your life. It’s “bringing” you more of you. When you want to experience something, it’s because you already have and you are now remembering what that experience was like. 

Every time I want to manifest something, I start to question myself on how I got what I manifested.

“How did that trip to Dubai end up going? I know I had wine and food on the plane but what were the beaches like again??” The picture below was taken when I was on a yacht headed to the beach btw.

Deliberately change the way you speak on the inside and your outer world will shift to your desire. You didn’t create your dream car — I mean the car you now own— it was created before you thought about having it as yours. Does that mean it wasn’t gonna be yours anyways??? No. All your desires exist now because they exist now. There is nothing you can think about manifesting that isn’t already in existence. Take that pressure off yourself and realized that you are simply remembering what it’s like to have what is yours. Just like sitting down to remember what elementary school was like when somebody asks you, remember what it’s like and how you felt getting everything you once wanted. Your desires are in the past now and a part of your present. Let's be so fr please.

Shift even when you are tired! (Hypnagogia Method!)

For context, Hypnagogia is the state between wakefulness and sleep. During hynogogia it’s common to experience types of hallucinations such as vivid images. These images can include sights, sound, and movement. This state is also known to get you into the void state very easily. When you see the flashes of white light coming into your vision, they will put you in a trance like state and your outside distractions would pretty much disappear and you won’t even feel your body since all your attention is internal and on nothing else.

How to shift using this state:

Step 1 • Get into your bed or anywhere that is comfortable to you! (Make sure you are not too tired or too awake during this)

Step 2 • Once you have relaxed in bed try to not move as much and just focus on the back of your eyelids. When you start doing this you might occasionally see small flashes or white but keep focusing on the back of your eyelids and having the white flashes form all around your vision.

Step 3 • once you start seeing images and flashes of light, start visualizing your dr and your surroundings. At first it might be blurry but the images will become vivid the more you visualize. (Or try to use the 5 senses) And keep doing this until you have shifted!!

Step 4 • Congrats, you have shifted. Make sure to ground yourself by using your senses, what you feel, hearing, smelling, etc!!

⛧ How fandom affects pop culture entities/deities ⛧

CW: Talk of sexualization of characters in fan spaces

In this post I will be talking about how fan perception of characters can then change or affect an egregore/PCE in both positive and negative ways. This entire post is upg (seeing as it’s pop culture paganism based) but I have found that many other pop culture witches have experienced and noticed this as well.

Let’s start with the positives

With fandom culture, characters who aren’t necessarily fully formed or given much screen time get the chance to become popular and gain fan bases of their own. Take the Mauarders for example. Canonically they have next to no information about them but fandom wise they have entire fan bases that are dedicated and have made them into fully fledged characters.

Like with James potter. Canonically all we know is that he’s Harry potters father, he bullies snape when he was younger, and he likes to play pranks. Now take the fandom James, who is loving and protective and has a strong moral compass but is willing to do what he must to keep the ones he loves safe. He has become a character who is now associated with sunshine and happiness but also helping others and mental health. (If you’re a follower of the “PCEs are just gods in forms that humans like and recognize” theory then he’s like Apollo)

This is a net positive because characters that barely existed in canon lore now have their chance to shine and be loved and worshipped.

Another example of fandom positively affecting PCEs is when they take a character who’s demonized and isolated in canon and give them a happy ending and life. A great example of this is Draco Malfoy. Canonically he’s a kid who gets forced to be a death eater and does end up getting redeemed but with fanon it’s a bit more complicated. He’s more of a complex character that feels a lot of conflicting feelings and has trouble experiencing and expressing love. His egregore is now a being of standing up for yourself, escaping abuse, child abuse, financial aid, and healing from trauma.

This doesn’t mean there aren’t negatives though. The biggest negative is the hypersexualization and fetishizing of characters.

I’m not saying you should stop sexualizing these characters or making smut or nsfw things about them because let’s be real that is a big part of fandom and that isn’t a bad thing.

What I am saying is you have to be aware of this aspect of Pop Culture Entity work when you start interacting with these entities. If you only work with canon entities, then you should be fine. But again, a huge part of fandom culture is sexualizing these fictional characters. The people doing this sexualizing probably aren’t witches and have no idea what egregores are, and it isn’t our place to judge or criticize them. The work that they are making, even if they aren’t doing it on purpose, affects these engregores though.

Take Dabi, for example, he’s an entity I work closely with and canonically he has absolutely nothing to do with sex, sexuality, and/or lust. But in the fandom space, it’s very common for people to simp for him and give their energy in a sexual way. This in turn makes Dabi into a sexual being.

It’s a “trend” to worship/work with PCEs because you want to have sex with them or because you simp for them. This is a problem because 1. It gives Pop Culture Entity work a bad rep and 2. It leads to even more sexualization of these people. Again it’s not a problem if it’s the fictional that you’re sexualizing but the second it becomes a genuine entity you recognize exists it turns into you fetishizing a genuine being.

To clarify: it is not a bad thing to have sexual feelings for fictional characters or for beings/entities/deities. It becomes a bad thing when the only reason you work with/interact with a being is for sexual reasons without their prior consent and you only are doing it because you liked them as a fictional character. You have to remember that these beings are real and have thoughts feelings emotions and consent.

Being hypersexual and aroace is the weirdest thing ever.
