I’m delighted by ubercompilations of awesome. Justice’s “DVNO” was an unexpected tribute to so many animated ad titles. Along the same vein but on a different line, I’d like to see a music video featuring homages to the many demoscene loaders/scrollers/cracktros that graced the 80s and thrived...
I've been thinking about this for a while now! If there is anyone interested in making a video with us featuring demo / cracktro / intro - style, please contact us! We will provide fame and glory, gold and diamonds!

I have no idea how you found my blog (twincest), but I'm so glad you did. I love your music!!Wrote about you, hope you get another listener or two out of it :)
Thanks! Everything is so easy find in the internet you know :) We appreciate you writing about us very much!
Lex: Law of Ruff:
"Roughly one hour of time added to a torn apart Jackson Perfomer/LANDOLA and some 2bit-BITCRUSHER operated by TMU results in SIX SONGS FULL OF ULTIMATE EXTREME DEMO-GUITAR PLAYING"
also sometimes written as: "t+x+2b=6%€"#%€"#!!##!!", where t=1h, x=1 or x=2
Yeah, we skipped one 'cause of some drum-editing stuff that needs to be done. :/
fastness ad infinitum...
-Musti
We managed to record eight drum tracks with Musti in six hours! I'm not kidding and I find it hard to believe myself. It just happened. We listened to the tracks straight through and we both we're happy with the results. CRAZY. Today we will start building a bass stack and first record some demo-guitars in order to get Alexi to play the bass lines nicely. Or actually not so nicely :)
So this is where we are at: eight songs and two more to go. The two that are to be recorded are more or less acoustic songs, so there will be some suitcase drumming and skiffle / junk / influence involved, no need to bang the drums on these two.

We set us up a recording bomb. This means we started working on brand new songs! We did four drum tracks yesterday and today we will do more. Our aim is to record at least 11 of the new songs and see what we come up with. The new stuff is going to rock, I'm telling you. -tmu

A time lapse from video shoot of "Slowly Walking"
A musician-friend of mine just released an album. I paid my 15€ for it, and it is a good album with brilliant music. What got me down today was that I found out that it had been downloaded illegally from the internet. I am NOT opposing the medium to bring the band closer to people nor the possibility of listening, but since they're not getting anything out of it, after paying the expensive studio-time etc., it's ever so hard to make a buck out of this. And trust me, lots of hard work, tears, sweat and elbow grease is required in this line of work.
I heard that Lady GaGa, after hitting one million downloads on Spotify, got a total of some 15 bucks out of it. LOL!!!! Now, I don't have a planetarium-hat nor some super-freaky shoes and whatnot, penises hanging out (?), so I guess it's kind of a given to admit that that is not a way sufficient enough to feed all the musicians..
Has anyone thought that if you try to make a living out of music, you kinda need the money.. If you're a dentist you wouldn't even consider operating on the patient if they had no money, so what's the difference here? This is our expertise and our way to clear the air, give soul-food, start commotion and so on. Furthermore, if an artist has to work in some shitty office for 40 hours per week to be able to pay rent for example, I'd expect him to be very tired at the end of the week, when you'd be supposed to go throw a gig or to try to drag one single creative thought from your brain to make a song. True, that creativity is a state of mind, but it's not ON all the time for gods sake and, I'd bet my left hand that the office-job will kill the creation in the artist within half a year.
In a civilized and humane world you ought to be able to choose your vocation, since we're not all suited for the same job as the other. Like, some of us prefer red and others blue.
Still, if people will go see live-shows, that'd be terrific. Now, there's a small opportunity to make some money there, but that alone, will never pay the whole band's phonebills and all. Tough luck, I tells ya. Movin' on.

On Wednesday we started working on our first music video. We are doing the video for the song "Slowly Walking" and it should be finished by the end of June, depending of the director. We shot footage for two days and now the guys are busy editing the flick. We will inform when the film is up for views.

Junkus Minor - "All We Have" is track seven from our new album Inertia.
"Click for a map"
This is how I travelled last weekend for two gigs. This is kind of basic trip I do something like twice a month, sometimes I do it four times, sometimes I do more. Sometimes I drive to Helsinki, sometimes I drive to Turku or Kokkola, but anyways I get my share of Kilometres on the road. AND I WANT MORE! :)
