Haven't posted for a while but that's because I've been on holiday for 2 weeks, so I've been busy enjoying myself! I'll be back home / heading home, on the 21st of August. So hopefully I'll be a bit more active then.

I just had the funniest conversation with a seventyish-year-old cashier at Walmart.

First she noticed my Beatles hoodie. "The Beatles!" She exclaimed.

"I'm a huge fan," I replied. 

"Paul." She said. 

"Mmm-hmm. Paul's the best."

"Too bad they're all dead."

Me, "Oh no no! Paul and Ringo are still alive."

"They are? Really?"

I nodded.

She lowered her voice to a conspiratorial whisper, "I heard that Ringo is gay."

"Huh!," I said, surprised, "I heard the same about Paul and John, together."

She nodded and said, "They probably all were."

I was listening to BLENDER, and some how that lead to this? Don't ask, I don't know either, but it's been stuck in my head for like the past 3 days. So I drew while listening to it and this is what happened-

Update on that guy I befriended, from the care home.

I took the lovely advice of someone who commented on that post, and I asked the guy what his opinions were on John and Paul's friendship, and Brian Epstein as a person.

He said he felt sorry for Brian and the way he had to live a double life of secrecy because of his homosexuality and the times he was living in. But also said that despite seeing that John sometimes acted a bit, quote on quote "odd", he was definitely straight, and not at least bisexual-

given how competitive and unhinged house is, im actually surprised that he didn't just say "YES🥹" and lean in for a kiss after wilson proposed to him. probably cause he was caught so off guard.

i mean, watching the love of your life propose to you publicly might actually do that to a person.
