this happened to me back in september on the first day of year 11. we were going to my classroom right after meeting out new tutor and i was experiencing blurry vision so i immediately sat down when i found my seat , i thought i was gonna collapse. then my teacher said we had to all stand up so we did but i wasn't able to keep my eyes open so i was staring at the floor. someone began to read the prayer because they volunteered and all i remember was attempting to keep myself from falling by lightly putting my index finger and middle finger on the table and and like i was struggling to even keep them there. it was so hot and i kept thinking like “ i wouldn't wish my worst enemy to feel what I'm feeling rn” . so before the prayer was even finished i just sat down and put my head on the back of my chair facing the back of everyone and soon after everyone else sat down. my eyes where closed the whole time and it was just very hot , my mouth was open i could hear my heart beating so load and i just felt so weak. then the class went silent and everyone stared at me i didn't seen them but i knew because some people were laughing that i was just starring at a wall and the floor . the teacher was even laughing but then i couldn't keep my head up so i placed it on the table and my teacher was like “is she faking it”. she told me to put my head so i did , my head was only down for 10seconds but my face was so pale i had sweating hair stuck to my face and i was sent to the medic. after that my friends where all describing how my face literally looked green and that my lips looked the same colour of my face. so yh

i thought i was dead

i had a experience today where my body overheated i started to lose focus in my schoolwork my heart started beating so loud and fast and hurting like a mf and i thought “omg this is it this is how i die i am going to die in the middle of art class” then i decided to try to alert someone i tapped my friends thigh my breathing was shaky and loud and my face was red and tried to tell her “get the teacher somethings happening” all that came out was a scrambled mumbled sentence and i thought i was about to faint but she understand and the teacher got her to take me real quick and since she knew i was anorexic she got a proteing bar and made me eat that shit and the second i took a bite everything slowly started to calm down and i have honestly never been more terrified

dont take life for granted as someone with an ed it doesnt matter whether your bmi is high or low your heart can stop at any second

Сбросила всего 1кг (с 45,1 до 44,1), внешне ушёл жир с коленок.

Но, тем не менее, я считаю, что это хороший результат для моей обменки и похудения при стрессе. Да и в последний день из-за эмоций я немного сорвалась (вышло на 1111ккал, забавное число, да)

С сегодняшнего дня буду питаться по Плану питания (есть пост). Завтра, конечно, снова интуитивно, ибо суббота (еду к родителям). Может через неделю — две снова сяду на какую-нибудь подобную быструю диету, если похудение будет супер медленным.
