🥺 he just straight responds to baby
Anyone: *mentions Bam*
Khun, vibrating at a frequency that could shatter glass: Yeah, I like him a normal amount
I wanna take a sec to talk about how Khun treats Bam because I might start crying.
So many people have called Bam a “monster”. Some have called him a “god”. It’s way more than I’d like because that sweet boy is just trying to exist. Even some of Bam’s own friends — and Bam himself — tend to forget that Bam is, in fact, just human.
Khun does not.
When Bam starts to feel disconnected from his own humanity, Khun is always there to ground him. Khun flat out says he doesn’t want Bam to be used anymore. While he sees Bam as someone incredibly powerful, he doesn’t venerate him. He treasures Bam deeply, but because of who he is, not what he is. When he found out Bam was an irregular he didn’t even flinch (he pretended he was bothered, but from what Rak said after that, it seems like he never doubted Bam for a moment and instead immediately decided to help him). He’s just Bam, a lonely and kind boy who wants to protect his friends, and Khun’s going to look out for him and make up for his short comings.
i just feel like i can’t stress to people who don’t read tower of god how fucking. queer. whatever the thing happening between baam and khun is
Seeing V treat Bam so poorly, even telling Luslec that he did a great job preparing Bam's body for him, truly pisses me off. He does not see his literal child that he and Arlene made, but instead, a tool that he can use to get revenge.
V, you may be hot, but I want to yeet you out of the tower. (It's totally fucked up that I still like him, right? Lol)
bam is the protagonist ever in terms of character design, little stick of a boy, wears bermuda and cargo shorts almost exclusively when given the choice, baby faced, single most deadly character in nearly every scene. fug trained him harder on having a Cool Dude Aesthetic than anything else in between s1 and s2 and it was all ignored
Lukewarm moment
