La estrella Anser

Anser es la estrella mas brillante en la constelación de Vulpecula, la Zorra. El nombre de la estrella proviene de el nombre original de la constelacion, Vulpecula cum ansere, que significa "la pequeña zorra con el ganso".

Anser es un gigante rojo con una masa aproximada a la del Sol, pero aproximadamente 40 veces mas grande que el Sol. Se encuentra a casi 300 años luz de distancia.

The star Anser (α Vulpeculae) // daywalker

Anser is the brightest star in the constellation of Vulpecula, the Fox. The star's name comes from the constellations original name, Vulpecula cum ansere meaning "the little fox with the goose".

Physically, Anser is a red giant with about the mass of the Sun, but a size about 40 times that of the Sun. It is located almost 300 light years away.
