Why There Is So Little (I Would Say Almost If Not Non-existent) Information About Pink Floyd’s Groupies?

Why there is so little (I would say almost if not non-existent) information about Pink Floyd’s groupies? They obviously had them. Why hasn’t any of them come forward? Are they as mysterious as the band?

if someone has any information please tell me😭 I’ve trying to find Pink Floyd mud since the medieval period.
