☆-MATCHUPS… tell me about yourself, and i’ll give you a match made in heaven (fashion style, personality, and lifestyle required, but appearance, star signs, and fun facts optional <3)!

Fashion style: So I mostly wear like shabby chic and I feel like I’m always dressed up. 😭 I don’t really like to dress down because I always feel more confident knowing I have a cute outfit on! I always have my hair done too, this girl always needs her hair styled 🤭!

Personality: I’m very outgoing and loud..? I love to make people feel like they’ve known me for years even if I just met them 2 secs ago. I’m not the quiet or shy type I’m mostly the person who’ll start conversations or be the first one talking in a group project 🙄 (I’m the one who does all the work). I’m also very confrontational and I don’t let anyone walk on me. Like excuse me? I also speak what’s on my mind and don’t have a filter..which can be a blessing and a curse 😬.

Appearance: I have blonde hair (that I get done 😋). I have dark blue eyes that have a little gold near the middle also a bit of green. I have heavy eyelids that make me look all sleepy, they’re called bedroom eyes, but my mom called them Marilyn Monroe eyes 😭. I have that short and curvy body type and I learned to love my body! I also have chubby cheeks and when I eat my friends call me chipmunk 🙄.

Lifestyle: So I’m pretty busy during the week and get no time off! I do competitive dancing so I’m always at the dance studio practicing! I’m also doing kickline so I stay a few hours after school then go straight to dance 🥲! But when I finally have a day off I’m either drawing, reading, doing homework or going outside! You’ll always find me dancing or drawing! (I wanna get into art school 😭)

I’m not just one of your many toys

Dallas Winston is trouble. You’ve known that since you’ve heard about his juvenile record but also because he’s been screwing around town. Well you didn’t know the last part until a few days ago when you’ve heard Betty talking about your boyfriend when she was getting her hair done. Betty just went on and on about the girls Dallas had been screwing behind his “poor old girlfriend’s back”. Let’s just say..you left the salon with your blood boiling. But the best part of this was your so called “boyfriend” was parked outside waiting for you.

You huffed and swung the car door open before sitting down in the passenger seat and slamming the door closed. You crossed your arms over your chest and kept your eyes infront of you, not even wanting to look at the boy next to you.

Dal’s thick eyebrows furrowed and he narrowed his eyes at you.

“What’s up your ass today?”

You huffed out a laugh. Is he serious?

“My ass? What’re you putting up Sarah, Sasha and Sylvia’s ass?”

Dallas scoffed and threw his hands up like you’re crazy.

“What the fuck? You’re fucking crazy, man. You think I’m screwing around?”

“Uh..I don’t think, I know.”

He shook his head and glanced around the car not even wanting to look at you.

“Yeah, yeah. Keep talking bullshit, that’s all I hear from you.”

You scoffed and grabbed the door handle before opening the passenger side door to get out.

“Bullshit? Our whole relationship was bullshit and you know it. Have fun with std’s, asshole!”

You slammed the passenger door closed and walked away from Bucks T-Bird.

You’re upset about Dallas cheating on you and you went to one of your best friends, but also one of Dal’s buddies. Sodapop Curtis. You always got along with Soda but you also knew if Dallas saw you both together Dallas would want to die from insecurity. When you guys dated you knew Dallas had a huge ego but sometimes when Soda would come around it just seemingly faltered.

“Crazy ol’ Dal. I’m so sorry, he can be a real jerk sometimes.”

“Yeah..I know.”

Soda paused as he looked around the diner before he practically jumped with excitement.

“Hey! I almost forgot but there’s a big party tonight, we should totally go!”

You hesitated but slowly nodded your head. You can manage to have fun without Dallas. You don’t need a scumbag to control you the whole night. So with that you of course agreed.

Once you both finished your milkshakes you headed your separate ways. Soda went back to the DX and you were about to start walking down the cracked sidewalk to go head home. But someone happened to be in the way.

Dallas was leaned against the Diner wall smoking a cancer stick. You glanced away from him as quick as possible and tried to walk away but he must’ve seen you.

“Hey! What the hell?”

You didn’t want to look back but you made the mistake of meeting his narrowed eyes.

“What?”

“What’re you doing with Sodapop?”

You shrugged your shoulders and shifted uncomfortably.

“We were just talking. It’s none of your business, anyway.”

He furrowed his brows and scoffed.

“None of my business? I heard ya both. Going to a party together, slut.”

Your head snapped to meet his gaze and that made him smirk at you.

“So what? Soda is much of a better man than you’ll ever be.”

“Are you serious? Going to a party with Curtis instead of me? You’re making a mistake, Doll.”

“You’re a mistake, the biggest one I ever made.”

The party is wild and the best decision is going with Soda. You had a couple of drinks and everyone here is drunk, except Soda. Your head is spinning and you feel ditzy. There are a few people from school here but you’ll never find a Soc here, it’s too disgusting for them.

You’re enjoying yourself in the burning ecstasy of the alcohol burning your throat. But your happiness is washed away when you’re met with those devilish eyes of Dallas. You scoffed out loud, not afraid to show your annoyance. He saunters over to you with a beer in hand. He reeks of rum and tobacco. Gross.

“Hey sweetheart.”

“Hi.”

He grins down at you and sways back and forth. He’s disgustingly drunk. He puts his hands on your hips, his thumbs rubbing circles into your hips. He leans his mouth close to your ear.

“God..you look so good tonight. We should go somewhere a little private.”

He slides his hand down your hip and to your upper thigh. You gasp and swat his hand away.

“What the fuck is wrong with you?”

“Come on, I’ll make it up to you. I’m sorry, Doll. Daddy will make you feel better in a few minutes if you stop being a brat.”

You shake your head and push him off yourself.

“Get off of me! I wish I’ve never laid eyes on you!”

You hurriedly left Dallas and went searching for Sodapop to take you home.

It’s been a month since the party and you can’t help but feel so much happier without Dallas brining you down. You were so sick of being dragged down, being compared to his ex. You were so sick of being told you were never enough for someone who didn’t even deserve you! Everything seems brighter now and you can’t have it any other way. Now you can say “I survived Dallas Winston.”

Outfits I’d wear in

~ The Outsiders ~

I’d wear this to the diner where you get the most delicious mint chip ice cream and strawberry milkshakes with my girlies. The shift dress is nice and movable for when the jukebox is playing the best of Lesly Gore and The Beach Boys. The sunglasses are for the hot weather in Tulsa and to push my hair out of my face. My hair would be perfectly curled and have a small beehive in the back since I would want the best hair in all of Tulsa.

I’d wear this on a windy Tulsa day as I visit the greaser gang. I’d talk to Ponyboy about the new movie I saw or help Darry clean up the kitchen. I’d try to subtly sneak glances at the juvenile greaser that is smoking so freely in everybody’s faces. My dress is light and airy so I won’t sweat as much as I try to beat the boys in a card game. My hair is put back so no one would try to mess it up..Two-bit.

I’d wear this to hang out in the lot or simply go to Bucks bar with the gang. I’d wear the jeans just to stay subtle and not bring attention that a preppy girly is with a bunch of greasers. I’d wear the heels to stay classy and to match my shirt. My hair would be softly curled but held back with a headband so when I’m dancing to the Stones my hair won’t get in my face.

I’d wear this on a rainy day in Tulsa. I’d make trips to the library or simply to the record store to check out the new Supremes album. The Gogo boots help with keeping my feet dry during the rainy day. The dress helps keep me warm and fashionable throughout my whereabouts through different stores. The hat helps my hair stay dry but also fashionable. My hair is put back so the wind won’t push my hair into my glossy lips.

I’d wear this to bed and subtly stay up late waiting for Dallas to sneak through my window. My record player will be on softly playing Sinatra as I flip through one of my many Vogue magazines. My hair would be pinned up in curlers before bed so in the morning my hair would be softly curled. My nightgown is soft and silky so when I go to sleep I’ll be comfortable and feel like a princess.
