Cognitive techniques are strategies used in cognitive therapy to help you identify and change negative thoughts and beliefs. These techniques should be practiced regularly so that they become habits.
Cognitive Restructuring: This involves identifying and challenging negative or irrational thoughts and replacing them with more positive or rational beliefs.
Thought Stopping: When you notice a negative thought entering your mind, you can mentally shout "Stop!" This interrupts the thought process and gives you a chance to replace the negative thought with a positive one.
Mindfulness and Meditation: These practices help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings in the present moment. When you observe your thoughts without judgment, you gain insight into negative patterns and choose to let them go.
Journaling: Writing down your thoughts can help you process and analyze them. With time you can identify patterns and work on changing negative thought cycles.
Positive Affirmations: Repeating positive statements can help counteract negative self talk and reinforce positive beliefs about yourself.
Evidence Collection: When faced with a negative belief, ask yourself, "What evidence do I have that supports or refutes this thought?" This can help you see things in a more balanced way.
Decatastrophizing: If you tend to imagine the worst scenario, ask yourself how likely it is to happen and what other possible outcomes there might be. This can help you view situations more realistically.
Labeling: Instead of saying "I am a failure," label the thought as "a negative thought about my abilities."
Distraction: Engaging in an activity or hobby can divert your attention from negative thoughts and give your mind a break.

These are very simple descriptions and examples of cognitive techniques. I listed the ones we can put into practice on our own. There are more in depth methods and practices used by doctors on different fields of study and practice. I can list, as well as add upon the information listed here.
so manifesting my desired appearance in full took roughly 2 weeks, also this post is pretty long bcuz im not gatekeeping anything, im giving u guys the full story, the full scoop on how i did it so here we go...
some things that i remember doing was, before going to bed i'd either read what my desired appearance looks like (i wrote a list bcuz me as a person, i LOVE writing things down) and i'd read that list before bed like it was fact.
or if i didn't have the list with me, when i was the state akin to sleep i'd talk to myself (ik it sounds weird but its natural for me so it worked) and i'd be like "ik for a fact that i am (fill in the blank)" or "ik for a fact that i have (fill in the blank)"
and i'd just say it to myself, or sometimes when i'd shower, for every part of my body that i'd wash (i separated it into sections) and for each section i'd talk about an aspect of my appearance as though it was from someone else's POV. for example, part of my desired appearance was a difference in hair texture so i'd say "omg honey's hair is SO long and glossy". like i'd talk thru someone else's pov ABOUT my appearance in either a tone of admiration, envy, or indifference.
even if i didn't see movement a couple times or got discouraged, i went back to what feels RIGHT and thats affirming for me.

another thing that rly helped me was visualization, i was living PURELY in my imagination, completely in my head. i was REAL delulu. i have a vision board on pinterest that was SO helpful for me.
when i saw things in the 3d that didn't please me i completely disregarded it, and when i tell u COMPLETELY, i completely dismissed anything that i didn't like, or that didn't sit right with me.
another little exercise that i liked to do was actually bcuz of a bad habit. so i have a RLY bad habit of checking the 3d but i used it to my advantage. my habit was that every morning the first thing i'd do is go and look in the mirror. when i manifested my desired appearance what i'd do, is i would go to the bathroom mirror and tell my subconscious what i see. so my logic behind this was that since the subconscious didn't have any eyes i could tell my subconscious that i had the head of a unicorn and it'd believe me 💀. so i would talk to my subconscious and tell it what i saw. "i see an angel skull" "i see rly rly long lashes" "i see waist-length hair" etc etc.
i went to the end and i BASKED in it. moral of this manifestation story :
persist regardless of what u experience with ur 5 senses
time is an illusion so forget about it
dont settle for less than what u seek
go straight to the end and bathe in it bcuz u can't try and be something that u already are
failure doesn't exist

i feel like we always forget that the 3D literally HAS to obey 🌚 like the 3D isnt our enemy at all, though we should ignore it (often times).WHAT HAPPENS IN THAT NOGGIN, WILL MANIFEST IN THIS REALITY
when your affirming and you feel magnetic, your on a roll and your in the state of the wish fulfilled, and then after your done you go back to “omg why is it still not manifested in the 3D?” well because thats the state your in all the time (desperation/desire)🌚. “well when im manifesting i do all the ‘right’ things, i feel magnetic, and i feel as if i have my desire” babes did you forget that your ALWAYS manifesting??? if you go around the world believing that that man is yours ALL THE THE FLIPPING TIME, the 3D has ZERO choice BUT to obey 🤷🏿♀️.
so when you affirm for 3 hours a day but for the next 21 hours you dont believe that its yours, babes thats probably why 😬. Im not saying that you shouldnt affirm and shit, yall just forget that when you AFFIRM, your AFFIRMING that its yours. Your REMINDING yourself that its yours, not ‘making’ it yours.
EVERYTHING YOU ARE SEEING, ALREADY HAPPENED IN THE SPIRITUAL!! (learned that at church)
When you decide that your sp is yours or that you’re rich, IT HAPPENS AUTOMATICALLY IN THE SPIRITUAL. You are exactly where you are at in life RIGHT NOW because of what ALREADY happened in the spiritual. Everything is a MANIFESTATION OF THE SPIRITUAL. (think about that.)

What is the eavesdrop method?
It’s visualizing other people, specific or general, saying things about you as if you were eavesdropping on their conversation. This is obviously amazing to use if you wanna manifest how people perceive you.
I overthink a lot so doing this when I believe someone doesn’t like me, instead imagining them saying “she’s actually so nice” is very comforting and effective because the 3D mirrors it.
I believe Neville Goddard preached it but I am not sure, but I am almost certain that that’s where I got it from.

For example
> Any thoughts that are not in my favor do not impact my manifestation.
> Irrespective of any thoughts i get whatever I want
>If I want it it's mine I don't need any external validation to have it.

The idea is that your desired reality already exists, and you can experience it in your mind, regardless of what is happening in the "3D" physical world. If your current experiences don’t align with your desired reality, it doesn’t mean you’re deceiving yourself by focusing on what you truly want. Rather, you’re choosing to hold on to the experience you prefer, as it exists in a different reality. You’re not gaslighting yourself by doing this; instead, you’re consciously aligning with the version of reality that fulfills you. Even if you encounter unfavorable circumstances in the 3D, it’s irrelevant, because a part of you has already experienced the reality you desire in another dimension.
My point is that this reality is yours to control. You have unconsciously manifested a reality where concepts like the Law of Attraction or pure consciousness exist, and within this realm, you establish the rules. You alone decide who holds the power—you are, in essence, the creator of your own experience. Therefore, you have the authority to create your own principles. You can have your desires, even amidst unfavorable thoughts, if you allow yourself to do so.
The most important thing is to clear your mind. Write down anything that might hinder your manifestation, such as fears, doubts, or any other limiting thoughts. Then, seek answers, and you’ll realize that these fears and doubts stem from the 3D reality, which is ultimately irrelevant. You are pure consciousness, the void itself, and in your purest state, fears and doubts simply do not exist. The 3D world is just something you’re experiencing—it is not who you are. These restrictions come from the external world, not from your true self. You are inherently pure, peaceful, and detached from any limitations. So, whenever you feel restricted, close your eyes and connect with your true self—a divine, godly presence free from any fear or doubt.

The same could also be said for circumstances because they also aren’t real. I understand your frustration; you want to induce now. You think you’ve wasted time and you want to manifest your dream life now.

You’re panicking because you swore to yourself you would induce pure consciousness over the break and live your dream life, and then you didn’t. *Loud heavy sigh* You can’t fail this, guys. It’s okay to be worried, but this isn’t something that just can never not work for you.” ∘˚𖦹

you need to realise that the fear of failure and wasting time here doesn’t make sense because you already have it, why would a mother cry because she “NEEDS to have a baby before the end of this year”, if she’s holding the baby in her arms? if it’s right infront of her?
✾˚٭EXPLANATION | WHAT TIME IS TO US
You guys are growing desperate because you have given yourself a time crunch, and that’s where you go wrong. Your outer man (you in the 3D) will experience the 3D and time, but your inner man can’t experience these things. Your naked self is your inner man. The entire concept of the void state is that it is just your inner man alone, with no power of the 3D or time. This is why you are able to set ANY intention, because the barriers of time and the 3D are nonexistent. This is why you can choose to go back in time (being able to manipulate time = time isn’t real), and you can choose to manifest a pink elephant plushie on your bed (manipulating the 3D = time isn’t real). You are your inner man viewing the world from your outer man, but you can align them together.
܀˚✾PART II | BYE BYE TIMECRUNCHES!
And I’ll tell you now, if you don’t align yourself with your inner man and realize you have it now, you’re NEVER going to get it.

No, no, no. Stop playing this game of racing against time. IT ISN’T A REAL THING. I don’t care what’s happening tomorrow, I DON'T CARE what’s happening in two days, I DON'T CARE what’s happening next week, next month, or in a year, and neither should you. If you are giving yourself a time crunch, you don’t understand what it means to be pure consciousness. If you have told yourself that you ABSOLUTELY MUST induce before a certain time, you don’t understand what it means to be pure consciousness.
I DON'T CARE if your back is against the wall and you’re drowning in unfavorable circumstances—stop valuing time and stop valuing the 3D. If you don’t accept it now, it will NEVER come. Because the time is now; you are only experiencing now. It’s like the riddle: “What says it’s coming but never does? Tomorrow.” Because the “tomorrow” you speak of will be called “today” when you experience it. So you are always experiencing the now. You must accept it now.
Say Bye Bye to time crunches, because they don’t exist for a god because time isn’t a thing to your inner man. When you think of something, I don’t care if it’s a penny or fairy wings—you have it. When you want to be pure consciousness, because of that want, you have it. You have your dream life.
˚✾∘˚PART III | THE TIME IS NOW, NOT YOUR ENEMY
Time is not your enemy, because your inner man is god → your inner man manifests → time doesn’t exist to your inner man = therefore everything is happening all at once (and when i mean everything I don’t mean intrusive thoughts) So when you want to induce pure consciousness, know that it is instant, effortless and already done. I don’t care if the 3d has failed you, if your outer man has slept while trying to induce, you have everything you could possibly want.
Trying to win a race against something that is non existent is allowing your outer man to waste even more “time”. So stop this in 2025, I DON'T CARE if school is starting next week, if exams are starting next month, if you NEED to do this by the end of this year, if you spend time trying to beat the clock, you’ll end up with nothing. You have it now, the time is now and always will be.
Kill those thoughts before they come up.
OUTER MAN: “I have this pit in my stomach when I think about resuming school and all the circumstances that come with it, I should have manifested my dream life”
INNER MAN: “I have manifested my dream life already, i don’t care what the 3d is showing me”
OUTER MAN: “I was supposed to manifest my dream life over the break, now i’ve got to see all those people I hate”
INNER MAN: “They don’t exists and neither do my circumstances”
OUTER MAN: “ I NEED TO MANIFEST MY DREAM BOD BEFORE SUMMER, it’s so long away but i always manage to waste time”
INNER MAN: Huh, what’s time? I am everything, therefore i have everything I want now
NO deadlines, NO due date, NO time limit, closing time, ultimatum, NO NO NO, not for a god, not when you literally have it now
you have it now!!
