Pentax 6x7 with 75mm 4.5 lens, UV, Circular Polarizer and Fluorescent Defuser filters with Kodak Ektar 100 and Fujifilm Acros 100II film. Hmmm...what should we photograph today?

My first ever medium format camera, Lubitel 166B! For years I have used only 35mm camera; Nikon FM, Nikkorex F, Sigma SA7n, Yashica J and Zenit twins 122 and 12XL. All of which are awesome cameras, by the way. I'm super excited to start using this camera for better quality pictures that "pop" and are a bigger field of view. I just need to decide which 120 film to use...any suggestions?
