i was watching some video’s on ritchie blackmore and i swear this man’s humor is something else. like he stuck an extra metal piece onto the headstock of his strat just to mess with people and confuse them? it wouldn’t have been funny had it not been for the fact that people actually thought it did something — was it for extra tension, was for another string — no! its for nothing! cozy powell apparently also trying to figure out for months what it did is just ridiculous and this is exactly why ritchie is seen as an ass lol.
