You guys know what's interesting? The fact that assuming Toilet was in charge of MePhoneX the whole time. A lot of the deaths happened because he was trying to better himself. He wanted MePhone 4's approval, wanted to be the best assistant he could be for him, and with a way to be able to do so, he would practically be willing to do whatever he could. If he succeeded, he would finally be able to get the approval he craved and desired so much that he never got. Besides, the three who he was speaking to claimed to be real, so they were clearly trying to help him! There's no way everything would turn out to be fake, there would be no way. Or. That's how I see it.

Also this episode had me nearly sobbing

EDIT: It's also ironic, too. Toilet's desire to be the perfect assistant for MePhone 4 is what caused him so much harm.
