I've been wanting to lose weight, so I signed up for one of those gyms where you can swap with the personal trainers and they'll work out for you. I've been really good about going, and Brian and I have started to develop a pretty good relationship. I love working out in his body, and I feel so strong like this. I wanted to spend longer in his body but I felt weird asking to stay longer, but I hatched a plan.

We were doing our normal workout, and I told him that I feel like I've been so consistent but not seeing progress recently. I told him that I felt like I needed help outside of the gym in terms of meal prep and everything. He completely bough the bit and started giving me advice about nutrition.
