What songs remind you guys (gender neutral) of Ethubs? I'm thinking about making myself a music playlist to help get into the writing zone, but I have zero ideas for songs that would fit them. 🫤

I was looking through an old fic of mine from mid 2021 and sometimes I wish I could go back to my former glory.

Some Context: The fic's main goal was to be a Stress x False x Cleo story, though I never got to the actual romance or the part where Cleo joins. Their polycule would act as a bridge between humans (represented by False) and zombies (represented by Cleo), with Stress being the one who brings the two of them, and the two opposing sides, together since she's a recently deceased zombie who hasn't quite started doing zombie things like eating flesh.

Also it was Zombie AU. Probably should've clarified that first.

Is 6 parties enough parties for a single fic? I honestly have no clue.

Majordubs (Scott/Bdubs) seems like they would be in one of those highschool AU rivals to lovers fic. Like Bdubs is one of the popular kids and Scott would be a theater/art/band kid. They start off disliking each other because of their social groups, but then after getting in trouble together (like detention or something) they get to know one another and catch feelings. Now they have to deal with everything that comes with befriending and eventually dating someone outside of your social group.

I would read a rivals to lovers Majordubs high school AU lol.

Sometimes I like to image all of my fanfic protagonists in a post story lineup. If there's multiple protagonist in a fic, usually I just use the character with the first POV because they tend to be more of the focus. Like there's the traumatized one, the happy one, the happy but also traumatized one, the dead one, the traumatized one—

Thinking about that always makes me laugh, especially when the same character is protagonist multiple times, but obviously their actions and story type are different so they turn out very different.

I know right now I only have 1 fic (I'm working on changing that), but I have ideas for quite a few other fics that I'm hoping will one day see in the light of day.
