Hello, I am Shahd, I am 21 years old, a student at Al-Azhar University. I ask those with compassionate hearts and those who are able to help to help me and my family and save me from this brutal war that is killing innocent people without mercy. They destroyed my house and killed my friend and her family. I saw their remains, crumbled and featureless, some of them burned. These scenes disappear from my mind every minute. I fear seeing one of my family members like this. We are here fighting death and miraculously surviving missiles, lack of food, illness, and lack of medicine. My little sister has contracted hepatitis, and many days have passed while she has been crying. I imagined that she would die at any moment. A moment in Gaza, there are no necessities for life. There is smoke and fire, an epidemic of hunger and poverty. I am crying as I write this letter to you. I ask you to look at us with your merciful eyes and extend a helping hand to me. No matter how simple your donation is, for me this thing is large and valuable. With your blessings, you will save the soul of a person and an entire family from... Illness and death. Okokok so I just watched for the future and OMG Lilith with pixie cut!?!?!?! Yes m’mam! I'm devastated. I just tried to work on google docs offline and it said it was saved to my device. I had written about 500 words on my short story and had just passed the 1000 word mark and had gotten to a really cool scene-

It, as a matter of fact, did not save.
