So with all this talk of a potential Supernatural revival someone asked on Twitter recently what would you like to see when it came to the long awaited Dean and Cas reunion. And I gave my answer there as condensed as I could but wanted to write it here too, especially since I have more room to do so.
First and foremost, I don’t just want a requited love scene— I need a requited love scene. Dean’s feelings being unknown or unrequited is unacceptable to me.
I kinda imagine what Jackles said way back where when Dean and Cas see each other again— his first instinct would be to hug him. And then while they’re still in that hug Dean would say, “let’s talk about that goodbye”
Cas’ reaction honestly can go two ways for me. Either he’s 1. Awkward about it. Pulls away from the hug and begins to ramble, in a way that shows he’s nervous but he’s ready to let it go if that’s okay with Dean.
Or 2. Castiel owns it but in a resigned way because he’s expecting Dean to not return the feelings because after all, it’s the one thing he wants that he can’t have.
Cas, pulled back from the hug, is not expecting what Dean does next. Dean cradles Cas’ face with one of his hands and says, “Cas, me too.” Cas furrows his brows and looks at him with disbelieving but big hopeful eyes and then Dean says again in a whisper, “me too”
Then they’d embrace, but it’s different this time. More intimate and with a certain tension gone. And that’s when Dean would say, “I should’ve said I love you too. Of course I love you too”
hi mr. neil gaiman!!! i just binge watched almost all of good omens last night for the first time (10/10) and got a bit consumed but i wanted to ask: will there be another season? and are they actually gay or am i being queerbaited the fuck out of? because they haven’t like directly said anything but
We're just queerbaiting you. Nina and Maggie, for example, are both happily married to nice men, and none of the things you think you saw at the end of Season 2 Episode 6 actually happened, as Crowley will explain to his wife or wives at the beginning of the next season.
The Angel and the Demon among us - part 12
I have one word: SMUG :v
Final chapter
Part 11
Hello Mr. Gaiman, hope you're having a great time.
I don't know if anyone has asked/mentioned this but I've been rewatching Good Omens and I noticed something. Who is that guy with Crowley in the cinema when Hastur contacts him?(S01-E04)
Is there any chance for that person to be you?(This was my first thought because they look like you!)
(And also sorry if there is a mistake in this text, English is not my mother tongue.)
It's me. (And I'm also all the noises the rabbits make in this scene.)
Shipping destiel on the cusp of 2024 is like raising your sword for an army long locked in war against their cruel king. They have been feuding for centuries, the winner never clear and no end in sight. But there is a prophecy, aged a thousand years, and it says that in the year 2024 a hero will appear to lead you to victory. To freedom. To peace. And when 2024 comes, you see a bright light on the horizon. You look closer, eager to gaze upon your savior, and it turns out to be fucking jensen ackles, former knight to the king. And you say "sir ankles, have you truly forsaken your king? Have you come to fight for our cause and deliver us to victory?" And he says "lol idk maybe." And in that moment you know with the utmost certainty that when you ride into battle led by sir jankles, you will probably just be shanked (probably by sir jankles) and die in a ditch. And yet. You pick up your sword. For desitel.

You’ve been sentenced to 400 years for multiple murders. It’s been 399 years and your jailers are starting to get nervous.
I'm still so heartbroken that it happened in their HOME. Whatever defects the bunker might have, it was home to them for years. It was the first time Dean had a stable living situation, a bedroom of his own, a place to collect and display things he liked, a place to truly relax and unwind since he was FOUR YEARS OLD. And he loved it and he felt safe there and he took care of it. And then God invaded it, and Death literally chased him through the halls, and he lost Cas there, and he sat there at the end of the world, alone on a cold concrete floor in an empty place that was no longer home and no longer safe, and sobbed into his hands.
