Reblog with the person who won the championship in the year you were born
I love it when drivers curse over team radio. Yes they’re these super skilled, super elite athletes, but at the end of the day they’re like any driver who thinks everyone but them on the road is a fucking idiot.

I feel like always need to preface these takes by saying I'm a Max fan not a Lewis fan because I've found myself defending Lewis against Max fans far too often this year.
Christian Horner owes Lewis Hamilton a PUBLIC apology for the insinuations and accusations he made regarding Lewis intentionally causing the accident. Lewis Hamilton is alot of things, but he's not someone who has ever wished ill will on another. His comments came off racially motivated, whether that was his intention or not.
Max has a duty as a fellow driver to speak up against the racism his fans are hurling at Lewis. It's one thing to get heated about this accident, it is another thing entirely to attack with racial abuse. This is beyond not okay and I believe the only person with the power to set some of these people straight is Max.
Gusteau was right. Each flavor was totally unique. But combine one flavor with another, and something new was created.

There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love.
Washington Irving

you know I really commend pierre for openly discussing his grief and mourning for his friend.
f1 is notoriously anti-sharing your feelings/emotions unless, it’s say, crying over a win/championship or anger over a loss/mistake.
so for pierre to put out an article so open and vulnerable is surprising, but welcome. I hope the newer generation of f1 continues to do this.
