A big inspiration for these was @yes-asil's Tazzy Martin comics! [And Reprogrammed AU ofc ;)]

I notice after drawing all the time for 1-2 months, I've gotten way more refined, since before I got into WIld Kratts I only did art sparingly since... maybe 2019? Dang Well, depends if I'm currently hyperfixated on something like I am now XD I love bringing my ideas to life and onto paper! (So if there's nothing that greatly interests me at the time, I'll only sketch stuff here and there, with the occasional finished illustration)

Tazzy Martin Oneshot/Idea (also from December):

Inspired by that one scene from The Long Dark story mode lol

(He’s fully aware but has zero control.)

At some point late into the captivity, Martin is in the Canadian wilderness finishing off a corpse, and there’s another victim who survived, who is trying to sneak away. Martin smells him and spots him, and the man panics and runs towards an abandoned dam.

The front area is barricaded off with eight foot tall wire fencing, and the man quickly ducks into the enclosure, turns around and hastily fiddles with the gate lock as Martin dashes straight towards him, aiming for the kill.

The man finishes locking the gate right before the furry devil pounces onto the wires with his long claws, making the structure shake. The man stumbles onto his back from the startle, and he rapidly pushes himself away with his feet, still on the ground, and cries, “M-monster!”

Martin can’t respond, but he understood it crystal clear. This is what he’s become. A vicious beast. A monster.

The man hurriedly gets up and trips towards the direction of the dam, correcting his footing and making a b-line to the front doors, which were constructed from thick concrete.

He looks over his shoulder only briefly before making a full sprint, not wanting to risk the snarls and claws ripping at the fence made from the beast to get anywhere near him again.

This scenario may or may not happen in the final fic, which is why I'm posting it here now 'cause why not 😚

Guys. You do not know HOW LONG it took me to edit this. 0_0 Camtasia couldn't handle it all at once (I guess the files were too big?), so I had to split the full video into 4 chunks, render those individually, then put them all together in the timeline and render that. Not very convenient. Also, I updated my intro and outro, what do you think :)? I'll post a few separate videos with all my previous intros and outros. I'll even show you one that I never used in a video :3 In 2015, I'd watch speedpaints (mostly by Anasonyc) of people's characters from Animal Jam. I wished I could draw digital art, had a tablet, and had overall good drawing skills to recreate my own outfits from AJ and onto my computer screen. Now that my skills have improved since then, and got my 2 year old drawing tablet (I've had my tablet since 2017 but rarely used it), and SAI to work, I have fulfilled my younger self's dream. :D This is the longest time I've ever spent on a drawing (almost 10 hours o.o), let alone a digital piece, because I like doing traditional most of the time. I see a few issues with it, but are minor ones at most that aren't distracting. Also, I put a swirl in the background for a PFP kind of feel, though I'm not sure if I'll be making this my profile picture. (Maybe, maybe!)

I recently discovered this term called f/o which means "fictional other" and while I don't really self insert like that, it's fun to imagine my favorite characters in f/o scenarios :3

🌌 A galaxy griffin! One of the first things I drew when I got alcohol markers earlier this year. I didn't get all of the colors so I awkwardly tried to use a mint color I had in place of what was meant to be a cooler tone of blue. I also don't like how the shadows look washed out, that was me attempting to color blend.

During drawing this, I played around with the Bing AI image creator and typed in a prompt similar to "galaxy griffin" to reference off of. It's fun to get inspired off of it. (I won't go into an artist vs. AI debate, I just think it's a good way to get drawing inspiration. But you're free to tell me what you think about it in the comments, so long as it's kept civil.)

I watched Trolls 3: Band Together the other day and I liked it! Then I rewatched the previous two (I remember when the first one came out... I was only 12 then), and I think 3 is the strongest movie out of the trilogy. 😚
