if male eivor can have his t*tties out for no reason so can female eivor ill die by this
learn about your external body. look up the functions of leg and armpit hair, and pores, and brows. You're less likely to want to strip away these aspects if you know their purpose.
Also look at the potential harm that high heels, bleach, etc. can cause to your skin, hair, psychology, and general health
donate, recycle or throw out potentially harmful products such as razors, wax strips, cosmetics, heels etc. I would recommend getting rid of one thing at a time, and easing yourself out of it
find pictures or videos of woman without any cosmetic treatment or at all. Notice the ways in which they are beautiful and important without regulating their appearance
practice remaining mindful whilst self grooming. If some part of your practice is exhausting to you, or you don't know why you do it, or it's solely for other people and not plesant, give yourself permission to discard it
say something kind and supportive to yourself in the morning when you look in the mirror, before you've gotten ready.
learn to embrace change- from fluctuations in your skin to the tangling of your hair to the arrival of your period- you are an organic being, and are not supposed to always look exactly one way
There are other women like you. There are other women who think the way you think, who feel the way you feel, who act the way you act. There always have been and there always will be. Womanhood isn’t whatever shallow archetype the world has tried to convince you that it is. It’s going to be okay.

“From Earth, these comets typically appear brightest during closest approach. Bright, naked-eye comets are rare, with 1997’s Hale-Bopp serving as our most recent “great comet.” Since then, only 2007’s Comet McNaught was comparable, primarily to southern hemisphere observers. But in July of 2020, Comet NEOWISE will put on Earth’s greatest cometary show in 13 years. With a 6,800 year orbital period, it last appeared before the wheel was invented. On July 3, 2020, it reached perihelion, surviving a perilous encounter with the Sun.”
Most potentially exciting comets fizzle rather than sizzle, but Comet NEOWISE is looking to be an exception. On July 3, it passed its closest to the Sun, surviving the encounter and brightening significantly. Very close to the Sun right now from our perspective, it’s just about to transition from a pre-dawn to a post-sunset comet. You can easily see it with binoculars if you know where to look (images in the article), but it will continue to brighten until July 23, 2020, where it just might become the most spectacular comet in more than a decade.
Comet NEOWISE is already here, and now begins your chance to see it, particularly if you live in the northern hemisphere. Get out there and look!
Standard theory holds that spiral galaxies generally have arms that trail behind the spin of the galaxy, rather like a Catherine wheel firework.
Then there is NGC 4622 which doesn’t, with arms that seem to lead rather than trail the spiral rotation.
Modelling suggests it’s most likely the outcome of an impact, but still remains a matter of conjecture and interest by astronomers.
The galaxy is located in the Southern Sky, in the constellation of Centauri and is 111 million light years from us.
