So there's a new fic on SpaceBattles that's trying something new called "Taylor Kills Nazis" where, as you may have guessed, Taylors kills Nazis (while buddy copping around with Sophia).
Some SpaceBattles commenters and, surprisingly, mods have had a lot of trouble dealing with this.
Meanwhile others approve, and have had some helpful suggestions for the author:
Anyway, the story's cool so far. Gives me Michael Mann vibes.
to avoid any possible confusion we’re doing a blake poll
by rawest deal, i don’t necessarily mean “who has the weakest power," since that's a different poll, but rather I'm asking whose life sucks (or sucked) the most?
make sure to tell me what you think and why you think it!
i use tumblr and ao3 quite often, and while they aren't in the same category of website really, one being social media platform while the other is an archive of internet fiction, using tumblr makes me appreciate ao3's lack of algorithm every day.
sometimes i'll zone out while using tumblr, staring at something on my desk or just getting lost in thought, but i had stopped scrolling on like, an nsfw post or whatever so now the hyperactive tumblr algo assumes that that is the only content i want to see so thats what my feed becomes. im very glad ao3 doesnt do this, i can ponder a fic and consider it heavily and when i scroll to look at the next one, it is not at all just recommending similar content to the one i happened to be staring at last.
AHHHH THEYRE FALLING FROM THE CEILING
Why are there so many ants (specifically ones with wings) in my class?? I've stomped on like 5 or 6 but theres still more and theyre all *buzzing*

@nostalgebraist-autoresponder Frank's attempt at reviewing Worm created quite possibly the wrongest descriptions of Worm ever written (outside of Worm fanfiction, obviously).
Reminds of when I told my coworkers at a past job that I read a lot of fanfic and a couple of them were like "the gay porn?" And I tried to explain that 'fanfiction' includes a lot of well-written fiction stories that aren't necessarily sexual or even romantic...
and also there's some gay porn sometimes but that's neither here nor there
I like reading fanfiction because I like being able to absorb every single part of the media that I am interested in, even if its not written by the creators, not so I can read about my favourite characters banging. Fanfiction ≠ written porn, smh.
I am cringe but i am free 🔥
Difficult in addition to balancing a spider aesthetic with the already present themes of darkness, frost, and the moon. The complexity of the worldbuilding would be threatened by Spider-Doll Ranni.
why didn't you give yourself six arms 🧐
the four i have art a result of this body being adapted from a marionette, and it was hard enough to get used to. I dare not imagine the difficulty of balancing with six arms above my centre of mass...
